I honestly thought from the start that…
I honestly thought from the start that this was a scam!!! Well it wasn't, I honestly couldnt believe what arrived. The whole experience has been amazing , both my brews were done the day of delivery and I am patiently waiting to try. The app in itself is literally fool proof. Im hoping to keep with you guys and keep brewing as its a little more satisfying making your own brew 😉 keep up the good work 👏

Everything came wonderful is excellent packaging excellent product. The only thing I could suggest and I would suggest highly is to maybe put the fragile sign on the outside of the shipping box instead of just on the Pinter boxes there are gashes and cuts and banged up parts everywhere, but overall excellent product excellent packaging.

It may not be "true" home brewing but I have consistently made good tasting beer without the hassle or mess! I found Pinter to be a convenient and tasty compromise between home beer production and buying commercial bottled beer

Save yourself the headache. I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to try them out, but I completely regret it.
I placed an order, forgot about it, and was suddenly reminded today (May 1st) when a new charge hit my bank account for the auto shipment refills. I contacted customer support first thing this morning to cancel and request a refund before the order shipped. The rep took an incredibly long time to respond, giving me the runaround about needing to "address my initial order" and contact another department. He promised it wouldn't take long. It did.
In fact, while I was sitting around waiting for him to get back to me, I got an automated email saying my order had shipped! Now customer service is claiming they can't refund my money until I return the item. How is that my fault when I reached out well before it left their warehouse?
To make matters worse, I never even received my original order with the starter kit in the first place, so I doubt I'll be seeing this package either. I should have listened to the reviews warning about missing shipments. I do not recommend.
Update 1:
So they somewhat resolved the issue, since they are sending me the starter kit. I will keep the refill and try it. Once it arrives and I try the beer, I'll leave a product review. But for now, I raised it from one star, to two stars for them resolving the issue and putting up with me.

The Pinter feels like a quality piece…
The Pinter feels like a quality piece of kit. I have brewed with pressure fermenters for several years, my experience so far has been great. It took me less than 30 mins to sanitize and start the brew for 2 Pinters. A process that would normally take a couple of hours.

The Adults Easy Bake Oven
I have never brewed beer before and I was intrigued with the Pinter’s simplistic way of brewing my favorite British beer, the Trooper. So obviously that was my first choice of brewing. When my Pinter arrived, the packaging was awesome! As I ordered the Trooper edition. I pulled it out and began the process of brewing my first beer. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions. Again, it was very easy. The only hard part was waiting to try my batch. After a week of waiting I finally busted out the tap and tried it. While it was close to the original Trooper, it wasn't exact, but then again it is a remixed version. It was the best brewed beer I've ever made and better than most consumer beers. I'm now on my second batch of Adnam’s Ghost Ship!
