Just had my first batch finish brewing the other day and I was very impressed with the taste. The process was very easy and the app takes you step by step. I have two of my own and now my buddy just got one and loves it!

As I opened the box I was blown away…
As I opened the box I was blown away with the picture of Ironmaiden what a poster it will be on my wall soon.As far as the pinter I was happy with the packaging keeping it secure. The quality of the pinter I was very happy with and I am looking forward to many batches of fresh beer in my future.

The package was superb
The package was superb. Got a pinter and co-pinter. The app is so easy to understand and instructions are easy to follow. So explicit. I really love it. Surprisingly, it is not well known out here so am excited to start this amd hoping you have more social media presence because this is great for parties and hosting large gatherings in general. Also love the fact that the alcohol content of majority of the different options is very low.

Jamie-Lee helped me with my brewing dock. It didnt show up with my order and had one on the way within a day 10/10 service for sure.

Not for me, but excellent customer service… no pressure
I signed up to a special offer but realised Pinter wasn’t for me due to space requirements. Jamie-Lee in customer service was superb in resolving my issue, and was a complete credit to the company. I would have no problem in recommending Pinter to other customers, and you can back out if it’s not for you. Thanks Jamie-Lee!

Had a technical issue editing my order. Contacted Pinter and all sorted by Zainab within a couple of hours. This has always been my experience with Pinter customer service over the last years. I just wish they'd reissue the Von Tap Vienna style lager!!!

After initial teething issues
After initial teething issues of the older Pinter versions that were handled well by the team the current Pinter is excellent It’s easy to use and the range of beers and ciders are excellent.

This is the best place to start being…
This is the best place to start being your own beer. I get sent all materials, so I don't have to find a brew store and go get it. I don't have to boil water/ have a million things to wash. The brewing process is put water in punter then put ingredients in pinter. Shake pinter and let it sit. The app is great and gives you exact steps. If you ever wanted to brew beer, this is the best way/ gateway process there is.
