The piece I needed without buying a huge multi-pack
After countless Google searches for a new thread insert for my exercise bike, Planet Cyclery is the only site ive actually found the piece needed (that want part of a multi-size, $150+ megapack).
Thanks for stocking the Unior Proprietary Replacement Threaded Pedal Insert. I first needed the right, then the left, and it was so nice to be able to purchase just the parts I needed.

I emailed your company twice about shipping issues and never received a response. The product was shipped to the physical address and I had to go pick it up at the local post office before it got sent back. I had to solve my own problem. No option for 0 stars or I would have put that. Improve your customer service. First and last transaction with your company.

Bought the wrong item and got the right one
Bought the wrong item and got it returned and swapped for the same but different item (the one i bought the wrong size). And it was very shrimple to get the correct item.
Wrote down the RMA # in the box, and shipped it back to planet Cyclery very easily.

Everything about the bike exceeded my expectation, my only concern is that I probably should have ordered the xlg instead of the lg, which wasn’t available at the time I placed my order. For instance, I’m 6’ 1-3/4”, I’d probably been better off with the xlg frame, however, I installed a 3.5” stem riser and added a 110 mm stem with 20 degrees of rise, that was a vast improvement, it got me in a more upright position, which is more comfortable for a 67 yr old male. I also installed 50 mm wide tires, love the chain stay and fork clearance, could easily go to 2.1” tires. Living in north central Florida, requires wide tires to deal with sand mixed with gravel between paved trails. Overall, I’m pleased.
