UPDATE: Got wrong ordered Planet Cyclery MADE GOOD!!!
UPDATE: Planet Cyclery made good on my order mishap. Shipped me as much of my order as was still available (as of today I don’t have it yet, but I trust the tracking info). They gave me a refund for what was missing - and handled another layer of inconvenience I had like pros!! I will shop here again and really appreciate this level of customer service when something goes wrong!
ORIG STRUGGLE:
I received someone else’s order and then was told my order is partially sold out (??). I still haven’t received a refund or any items. Customer service was friendly and apologetic, but only sent me a label to send back the wrong order. I have no resolution or refund for my order still. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

Easy order. Needed a new bike chain and found the best deal here and while I was there grabbed a few tires at a good price. Everything was shipped quickly.

Bought a helmet based on listed measurement…
Bought a helmet based on measurement specs on website. The helmet does not fit. It is smaller than listed specs. Now I have to pay shipping cost of $22.-$29 for a tracking number on a product I only paid $29 = $42 with tax and shipping. Not even worth shipping back and definitely will not buy form your company again. I’ll stick with companies I know next time.

Sent me some ripped and obviously pre-worn gear. To the point where I could see someone else’s skin flakes already on the silicone grips and the armor fabric had a tear in it. Not stoked. Dealing with an exchange now, and will update review accordingly. So far, meh.
