Donuts were lovely-althougj somewhat melted but delivery company let you down..they left donuts outside, did not put a card through door so no one knew they were sat out in direct sunlight!

Delicious doughnuts. Sent as a gift. Delivery communication good and arrived on time. Our nephew loved them. (We know how tasty they are as we were originally sent some as a gift.)

Chocolate box
I brought the chocolate box as a surprise for my husband who absolutely loves your doughnuts and is sad that we don't live near any of your few stockist.
The box arrived and each wrapped doughnut looked amazing. The only difficulty experienced was choosing what to have first!

Really good to customers. They answered fast and helped out and they were highly kind! Made me happy & since the donuts were a gift, the person that got to try them seems happy with them as well

Great experience from start to finish ordering a bulk supply for a gathering, couldn't get the pick up location and times to work however Dan Lightwood has gone the complete extra mile to make it work, complete credit to your company!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! When I put an online order for my daughters birthday and incorrectly added the wrong delivery date. I phoned to see where my order was. It was a local delivery and a member of staff personally delivered my order so my daughter had them on her 16th Birthday. Thank you again SO much! She said the doughnuts were 100% better than a cake! They all tasted amazing!!

not worth it
Quick delivery and donuts arrived fresh in great condition. Unfortunately, we just weren't too keen on how they (the vegan box) tasted. A bit bland and forgettable. Not much differences between flavours. Not worth the money.

Amazing!
The website is very well designed and because of this I found it very easy to order the donuts. My delivery arrived on time for my brothers birthday and he was delighted by his gift. Overall, the donuts are great quality, absolutely delicious and definitely worth it for the price.

Awful and stale, worse thing I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even get hold of them to change address, sent email and rang them. Never again

Thank you for your review. I understand that you have spoken to the team who advised that unfortunately they had not received any previous emails or correspondence from you. I can confirm that the order was dispatched from our bakery and delivered the following day, so should have not been stale.
Helpful and tasty doughnuts!
When I had a problem ordering online Alice was super quick at ringing me so I could order over the phone. The doughnuts were a gift for a friend and she absolutely loved them, her husband isn’t a huge fan of doughnuts and even he said they were the best ever! The only negative is that FedEx are awful and delivered a day late with no explanation. Will definitely be using this company again though!

Thank you for your comments and a pleasure speaking to you on the phone. I just want to put what we discussed on here, so it is visible. My colleague did reply to your email this morning, so I do apologize that you had not received this. As discussed on the phone, I have been in contact with FedEx and sadly, they were unable to deliver yesterday due to 'running out of time'. This is completely unacceptable as FedEx are our trusted delivery company. Nevertheless, I can confirm that I have processed a full refund for the inconvenience and FedEx have advised that the doughnuts will be delivered today. Again, on behalf of Planet Doughnut I can only apologize for this issue.
Dreadful service
Dreadful service.
Donuts never arrived, courier stated they'd tried to deliver twice but no one in, despite there being someone waiting for the delivery. Courier also said they left a card - that's not come through the door !!
Customer service too keen to side with courier.
Customer service unpreterred that these so called fresh donuts will have been sitting in a warm van from the early hrs of the morning of the 14th til goodness knows when. Makes you think how "fresh" these donuts are in the first place really !!
Will not buy from again !

Thank you for your review. I have been in touch with FedEx and the team here who advised you on the where abouts of your delivery. As per the teams communication to you throughout the day, FedEx attempted delivery on Thurs at 12:53 however no one was in and the driver deemed it was 'not safe' to leave the parcel on the doorstep, as it was so visible from the road. You would have received an email confirmation from FedEx with delivery times and tracking details. The team were in conversation with FedEx to redeliver that same day, however as the depot was over 1hr 45mins away, meaning it was not possible to redeliver to you same day. Nevertheless, the doughnuts were delivered to you the following day, and were well within their shelf life.
As the dounughts are now coming on…
As the dounughts are now coming on Thursday this is also is to my fait but the fed ex tracking also has not given me an update in many hours this just causes me to worry otherwise I believe the dounughts will be nice when there delivered they have updated me through email I just did not real realise that at the time but overall that did a great job at updating me and through payment there was no issue

Thank you for your feedback. As per our terms and conditions, you placed the order on Saturday to which we dispatched from our bakery on Monday. Sadly, as per our conversation via email and my voicemail, you did not pull your full delivery address, so FedEx were unable to deliver to your location, on the allotted next day delivery service (Tuesday). Having followed up with FedEx, they were unable to redeliver that same day, Tuesday, as they were no longer in the area. As such, to avoid disappoint and out of goodwill, a secondary box of doughnuts was dispatched today, Wednesday, (advised via email) so that they would be fresh and ready to eat when they arrive with you. Sadly, I feel this review to be unfair as we have excelled in customer service, providing you with updates throughout the process. I ask that you amend this review accordingly, once you receive your fresh doughnuts tomorrow.
