Excellent wheels for planter
Delighted with the service from planters.co.uk. Easy ordering and delivery service. Bought a set of wheels for a decking planter. The wheels came with variety of fixings making installation very easy and flexible. The wheels are very sturdy and easily bore the weight of the planter plus soil and plants. The planter now moves around with ease as required.

Product good, carrier poor.
The 2 planters which I received were good quality and good value and what we wanted, A plus for the product but the delivery was poor.
Two planters boxed separately and packaged correctly marked handle with care, on receipt of the goods one box had been opened and that planter in that box had been damaged on planter edge, other box untouched and product A one condition.
Product good, delivery service of carrier extremely poor.

I bought the Pre-Rusted Corten Steel Straight Edge Long Trough planter and, unfortunately, the instructions and assembly setup are not the easiest but overall happy with the product, service and delivery.

Awful customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order for a planter in March, and paid for delivery, n the understanding that It would be with me in 8-10 working days. It didn't arrive until mid May! I understand that there was a stock issue which cannot be controlled but the communication from this company was shocking. No delay or delivery updates sent out. Never once able to make contact via phone. When I emailed to request updates, on the whereabouts of my order, it was a minimum of 2-3 days before I received a response! I would NEVER buy from this company again.

We bought a 1m length corten planter…
We bought a 1m length corten planter and loved it so much we bought another 2 75cm corten planters. The instructions do leave a bit to be desired, but with a bit of head scratching you can work out what fixings go where.
Delivery was swift and without mishap.
You definitely need the liner.
We will be buying more.

Customer service unreachable
Ultimately I did not purchase from them - I had a minor query and emailed them numerous times over a few weeks, called them on the phone but nobody picked up (again, numerous times) so decided against purchasing a product because there would be virtually no recourse should there be an issue. Unfortunately others have described this same issue as well, but after a purchase was made. It's fine to have limited/slow customer service, but to sell products and be completely unreachable should not be allowed.

Poor quality for price.
Poor quality - I ordered 4 square planters but two are not exactly square and the black paint is so finely sprayed I can see primer under it in areas. Clearly no quality check and the polystyrene to prevent the corners being bashed were inside the planters. Shane on you for stealing my money.

I found a planter just the right size!
It was hassle free to order on the Planters website. My planter arrived within a couple of days and it was well packaged. The tall planter is just right for the space I had in mind.

Very unprofessional!
I placed an order, I originally wanted to purchase three tall planters. However, the ordering system only appeared to allow two items, so I proceeded with an order for two planters instead.
As I had not received any update from planters.co.uk, I contacted the company directly and was informed that my order has not yet been processed and that only one item is currently in stock.
Given that I would still be charged separately for each delivery despite the order not being fulfilled as expected, so I cancel the order.
I find the process quite disappointing and unprofessional. No email confirmation or communication about the status of the order. If I didn't contact them, the money was taken but not goods delivered.

Terrible quality and customer service
Terrible quality and customer service.
Ordered 7 large zinc trough planters, delivery was late and didn’t arrive on day scheduled for delivery. Then On receipt all 7 were damaged, dented / buckled and paint chipped off and peeled off. Quite flimsy and question how long they will last.
Notified customer service with photos and heard nothing. When chased was assured a manager would contact me with resolution that day- they didn’t. The following week chased again and was suggested I buy paint from Amazon to repair!
Was told would collect as returns and when I asked for this was then told they wouldn’t collect and would need to arrange for disposal of large metal troughs myself.
Was sent replacements and again delivery was not on advised day and again they were damaged and poor quality.
Was again told to buy paint and offered 20% discount.
Didn’t expect to spend nearly £1000 on new planters to have such poor quality and need to repair ourselves.
They didn’t even apologise for any of the issues.

Little disappointed at first but ..,
Little disappointed when finding out they arrive and need to be built BUT they are a great price. Was expecting them to be flimsy or not manufactured very well but they are actually spot on, highly recommend. Will be buying more once there is new stock.
