always good quality and service. The only thing that i feel is not happy with is the cost of delivery, which i find is really expensive.

Plant arrived healthy and green

I purchase a lot of plants online for my business, so have a lot of experience of sourcing quality pants online.
I used plantsgalore as they were the only supplier with a particular species and variety in stock.
Unfortunately, I had to chase up my order as there had been no communication after the initial purchase confirmation.
When the plants arrived, they had been so badly packed that they had all fallen out of their pots and had also barely rooted, they were totally unusable on my project, so had to source more of the same plant elsewhere.
Really disappointed with the service and quality of the plants and wouldn’t recommend.

Plant came in good condition. Slight slow on delivery front and had to contact but then it was shipped the same day. Wouldnt mind ordering from them again.

Good quality product at a good price

The quality of the plants I ordered was excellent. Not the fastest service as it took nearly 2 weeks for theoriser to arrive.

It is Spring bank holiday Monday morning, I live near Plants Galore so am a frequent visitor. Today it excelled itself in being so gloriously stocked.
Amelia, on the cash desk, was totally charming, efficient and helpful. I had dropped my mobile in the carpark when I was loading up, she had dealt with its return, and remembered me when I returned in distress.
The staff are always willing to help and make every visit a true pleasure. Well done, Plants Galore.

Couldn’t use the website. Tried to make a purchase as a guest but it just said my “password” didn’t match and when I tried to contact them it wouldn’t write

I purchased an Iris Germanica along with a selection of other plants. Stock of the particular Iris I was looking for were low. others remaining did not look in a healthy condition. Nevertheless I decided to take a chance on a plant in the colour I wanted and asked the opinion of a staff member. He said it would hopefully improve once in the ground. Planted in well prepared ground of the 3 Iris purchased, two are thriving the one I queried did not. After a week I dug it up and took it back to Plants Galore in Martock.
Following their advice, I wrote to Plants Galore, supplied photos of the three Iris for comparison and an explanation. Sadly the response was dismissive, stating I had over watered it, had not returned it or contacted them within 3 days, therefore no replacement or refund would be forthcoming. I replied that 3 days was not sufficient to allow a newly planted Iris to establish, I certainly did not over water it and felt that their response was unfair and not in customers interests. I was disappointed at their misjudgement of a genuine request for a fair outcome. Maybe other customers should bear this in mind for fear of falling foul of a similar situation.
I would like to state that I have always found staff at the Martock Plants Galore very helpful.

Overcharged for items bought, unfortunately didn't check until I returned home.
Customer service could not trace the transaction; could it be because I paid cash?
Had items on 2 for 1 until I got to the tills only to be told this doesn't apply to these items.
All in all extremely disappointing experience and cannot recommend. If you do visit be extremely careful at the till.
