Lots of negative reviews which are probably justified. I've recently had a bad experience with WoWcher on another item but in this case, with Plantstore through WoWcher, all seems ok i.e. 2 Annabelle plants arrived! I'm not much of a plant man but let's see what happens :-).

Ordered 2 X willow trees from Plantstore, using a DiscountExperts voucher (if that even exists) - since the order was placed, I have not received any comms at all, nor is there any sign of the Willow trees. There are no phone numbers to call - always a clear sign that things are not as they appear. I have had to open a Paypal claim to get my money back.

Best to go to the local garden centre, rather than have your money stolen by this lot. It's of no surprise that the same guy who runs this debacle also runs Gardening Express - they are terrible too.

Same issue as other customers - the giant cordlyine is a dwarf that looks nothing like the pictures. Being told it'll eventually get that big if you look after it is a joke - no sh!t Sherlock! Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers please.

Still waiting n two plants which I ordered via wowcher, contacted plant store everyday .... NO REPLY, contacted wowcher to advise them .... take it up with plant store 😡

Never received the palms from this company despite numerous attempts to contact them .Do not use them , they are thieves 😡😡😡

Tried to cancel my order after seeing so many negative reviews. What an absolute scam by Wowcher and plant store. Never again. I Actually received a plant which was some kind of relief as I've seen so many ppl haven't, however it's certainly not the giant cordyline Australis as advertised. From the bottom of the pot to the tip I would say around 3.5ft. Not the 'giant' 5ft to 6ft as pictured and advertised. The plant doesn't look to be in too bad health and hopefully with some much needed tlc it will hopefully come good in my garden. Trading standards should be all over this though. Pls be warned.

Bought a australis verde via wowcher....never again will I buy from wowcher or the plantstore again. Shame i read reviews after i recieved said plant. Was barely 4ft from root to tip and nothing like the picture. After numerous emails i have been told by the plantstore that my photos show that it's a healthy plant and nothing wrong with it given the right care and attention!!!!! As for the false advertising picture of a beautiful bushy green plant, that's what I can expect my plant to look like when fully mature. The plant has been in my garden four weeks ish now and looks no better and let's my whole garden down. I like to think I would know a healthy plant to a near dead one and what I recieved is a near dead plant. Lesson learnt and wont buy again and will be very vocal of the plantstore to ensure nobody else I know buys from them! Dont be fooled by the pictures, i wish i could work out how to post a picture of what i recieved 😢

Used a wowcher deal to buy a 5-6ft palm tree from plantstore. Arrived today and after reading other reviews I was surprised to receive 2 decent looking cordylines, although they are definitely not 5-6 feet 😂 they measure 4 feet with the leaves being lifted upwards and included in the height - that’s like me putting my arms above my head and saying I’m 6ft 2” !!! I won’t buy again

Appalling company and a total scam. This company also trades as Gardening Express and the owner is called Chris Bonnett. Avoid at all costs. They take your money and fob you off with automated emails and take months to get the goods if at all and when they arrive they are a total disappointment.

Ordered a "so called" Giant 5ft-6ft Palm Tree (Australis Verde) via Wowcher. It arrived quite quickly and was in good condition, however when I measured it, it was only 4'3" from the bottom of the plant pot to the highest tip (the actual height once planted is just over 3 foot, so hardly a giant!). Complained via Wowcher and wanted a refund but they took 2 weeks to reply to my first email, then exactly 3 days to respond to each email I sent them after that.

They basically fobbed me off each time, saying it was within their tolerances, not to mentioned that it looked nothing like the picture on Wowcher (which they advised that it could look like that when it's fully grown!)

After 3 weeks I'd had enough and got paypal involved who help me sort the mess out.

5 to 6 foot palm tree arrived today, it's maybe 3 feet if it's lucky, but looks healthy enough. I read the reviews too late and realise I got off lightly, too much hassle to complain. Ripped off, wont use Woucher or Plantstore again.

A pair of topiary buxus plants from Plant Store via wowcher offer. Arrived half dead and nothing like the picture. Do not buy from this company.

yet another scam company who use the Wowcher platform to sell. I received a withered 3ft cordyline in dreadful condition which retails at £9.99 in most garden centres which they sell as a 5-6ft mature Cordyline and fob off in their advertising this is a £149.99. An absolute joke am raising a complaint with all concerned. Yes reading other reviews, clearly I've been conned.

Ordered plants in April of this year. I have sent a number of emails, all of which have gone unanswered and I still do not have the plants. Its now August. Stay away from this this store!!

Purchased a cordyline australis advertised as 5 - 6ft. Item recieved was 3 ft the pot was broken and it looked nothing like the advertisement photo! Reading through all the other reviews it is clear this company is a complete scam and living social need to disassociate themselves from their partnership

The three football hydrangeas arrived yesterday, three plants packed into one plant box that is meant for one plant! The plants are disgusting- do not look like any hydrangea that I have ever bought ( recently bought 3 plus the new standard called limelight) . Pathetic looking weeding plant, one of them bent(probably broken at the base and stuffed into the pot) not even in proper soil, utterly a waste of money. I was meant to be gifting two of them, only one has a plant information card. I am contacting trading standards as I have sent you messages that are being ignored. There is no telephone number, you are uncontactable. That said you were very quick to fulfill my order With three half dead plants. I am also contacting my credit card company as I would like my money back and you are welcome to have your plants back. I do not live far away, I have driven past the address: Go Groopie and this is next door to a timber yard and accountancy office, no signs of a nursery. Your advert for football sized hydrangeas is totally inaccurate and misleading. Comments posted on your website reflect the service you offer. A pity I did not read them before I placed an order. Is this good practice?

Extremely poor quality plants plant was very brown and root bound pot broken all would have been known before posting customer services are just totally and utterly unhelpful will not contact me apart from email will not phone I have dislexica and will not help to send photo sheilding tells me to get a friend to help disgusted with the service DO NOT BUY PLANT NOT GOOD AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

Ordered 2 pyramid buxus plants with black contemporary planters
The plants arrived but not the pots so it's cost me £39.98 for 2 trees I could of got for £20 from Tesco
Going to raise a dispute with PayPal as I haven't got what I paid for
Update Haha what a joke got a reply off the plant store asking me if I'm sure I didn't miss the 2 contemporary planters as there usually packed inside the same box with the trees and there stacked inside each other

Totally agree with other reviews. Do not buy from them.ordered two rose trees arrived in broken box with very little soil... complete rip off.
