Absolutely awful - although I did receive my plants unlike many people - unfortunately they were dead and the merchant has done nothing but fob me off! Never recommend or use!!!

I ordered two palm trees spent £83 including the postage the wrong plants were sent look nothing like the photos on Wowcher. Wowcher refer you to the plant store the plant store tell you to return the plants which are heavy I can barely lift at your own cost even though they have mis sold and sent the wrong plants. Steer clear of Wowcher and the plant store I have got nowhere with this I’ve spent two weeks almost daily chasing this up requesting a refund and requesting they pick up the plants - no joy waste of time. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can do anything and i am also going to contact standard trading as they are mis-selling.

Dreadful - 2 buxus balls through living social - really poor plants - 25% smaller than advertised, browning foliage - both are dead - customer service is dreadful . I have persevered with the company, however, will now further this through trading standards for misrepresentation of goods.

A pair of topiary Buxus plants from Plant Store via wowcher offer. They never arrived I contacted them in June and am still waiting for my money back.
Dont use them they are scammers.

So wish i,had read reviews...but being Wowcher i thought all would be fine... brought 5 to 6 cordyline.....and a 4 ft one showed up....sent an email to complain.....and i was just told about percentages...!!! I said indont care about percentages i care about my 5 to 6 ft cordyline i ordered.......

The previous reviews tell the story.Mine exactly the same.Dead plant,wrong size etc.
My issue is ,of course there are scammers out there Plantstore is undoubtably one.A dreadful unprofessional company.Keep away or chuck your money in the bin.
What I don’t understand is wowcher. Associating Yourselves and brand with Plantstore will in the end kill whatever kudus you may have garnered.
Also don’t ask for comments and surveys you have no intention of replying to.
I hope the commission is worth it.£35.00 loss is disappointing but won’t ruin me.Wowcher I hope you can say the same.

Bought a plant 5ft to 6ft, turned up only 4ft, sent photographs as requested 4 times, they have acknowledged receipt, refuse to deal......not responding.

Only wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a cordyline palm via voucher. much the same comments as others re the palm. nothing like the image and shorter than guaranteed in the description .
I will never use this company again. After so much negative feedback its about time Woucher takes action.
This compamy is simply conning people by selling substandard goods.

This company is the same as gardening express. Dead plans and bad communications.

When they arrived they were a little brown on the top but I thought that with a little care they would be fine within a month they were totally dead contacted wowcher who directed me to Plantstore who have be absolutely unhelpful and not wanting to give me a refund as they say its over 14 days. i have now gone back to Wowcher and waiting for a response from them. I wish, wish wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I made this purchase which from now on I will do. Don't buy from this company they are a ripoff and don't give refunds

Same experience as others...bought a 5-6ft palm free from Wowcher from the Plant Store. Paid £35 but supposedly worth £150. When it arrived, it was half dead and only 3ft high. What s wrong is that you can buy a cordyline australis for about £15. And the worse is that I believe Plant Store got it from Garden Express, as this was the name on the post label, for £15 and retail it for £35+ £6.99 postage! So Plant Store basically make a profit by coning people with false advertising. And of course, they do not reply to emails. So felt quite frustrated but even Wowcher are not helping. All very dispointing.

DO NOT buy from this company . Sold my grandad dying trees that were bought for his late wife discounted on wowcher . They told us the plants sold out and they could not replace however they could be found online Full price . They tried to stall , remove emails and repeat and take advantage of his age . Luckily I was copied in . Phoned citizens advice as they refused to replace the plants and was told By citizens advice that the company didn’t want to loose out on the money so would only offer a refund at the original voucher price . Terrible experience for grandad and never buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. We were completely mis-sold plants. We ordered two 5-6 ft trees, they supplied plants that were barely 3ft. When we complained we were told that they would grow to 5/6ft!! The only way to contact them is via email and they don't respond. We asked them to send the plants that matched the description or to collect the plants and issue a refund. We have looked in our local garden centre and what we have been sent is less than half the price we paid. We have been completely ripped off and cannot get any response with regard to reaching a solution.

Worse purchase ever. Bought 5 wowchers for 2 lemon scented 4ft cypress trees. Spent £234.95 and got 4 brown dying trees and 2 severely damaged. Have been emailing plant store, to get no reply or told the height is fine? I also had one reply to say that is how they sell them!! Plantstore also cut emails out of the email chain and repeat emails they have previously sent. Wowcher, although copied into all emails have done nothing. Have now opened a case with paypal. Will not be using either again. Please think carefully before buying live plants from plant store..

Do not buy from this company! Goods supplied from this supplier, using a voucher purchased from Discount Experts, were not as described in the advert and were of poor quality and condition. Unable to get other than automated reponses to numerous emails sent.
I would not recommend either Plantstore or Discount Experts!

I ordered two Magnolia trees - one twig arrived - basically a stick with two little sticks coming off it - £19.99 each. The twig was dead. I've sent much correspondence over many weeks and still not received any communication (and obviously no refund). Avoid this company - purchased through GoGroopie - they're not much better at communication!

Disappointing purchase. 2 x Topiary Buxus plants were nothing like the description. Half the size shown and described with dozens of leaves dropping off and came with a cheap plastic pot to transfer them into. Had to pack the bottom of the pot before transferring as otherwise the plants disappeared into it. Bit of a con really. Very disappointed in wowcher who have always been great until now.

Having purchased through wowcher, I wasn’t sure what would happen after reading reviews, my plants were due to arrive on the 18th August but never did, I left it a few days before contacting them. After a few days they responded to email apologising about delay and said they would arrive befor the 26 th August, today 22nd August they arrived and were exactly as described thank you plant store fantastic service and will be buying again.

What arrived was a 4ft plant that looked nothing whatsoever like the picture, and was half dead. Had I done my research I would have learned that I could have bought a cordyline australis just like the one I received, for about £15, from any of my local garden centres. So they're advertisng a full grown Cordyline, which maybe would be worth £150, but sending a half-dead baby version worth about £15 but charging £35 for it. There are no pictures or text in the advertising to show or tell the buyer what they are actually buying. I believe this is false advertising and will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
