Please avoid buying plants from here .. I bought via Wowcher .. £80+on 2 palms plus £25 delivery .. badly wrapped in black plastic so tight that the plants were so badly damaged, basically suffocated .. wowcher are hopelessly sorting this out, this company ignored emails from me.. only way is trying to recover the money from PayPal which I’m still waiting on the outcome... please avoid!

Plants arrived much smaller than stated and soil loose so just dug up and plonked in pots for delivery, planters also awful and not suitable for the plants. Will never order via wowcher again as could have got similar for cheaper at garden centre given the size that I'd recieved, not as advertised. Avoid!

I was going to order two of these from Wowcher but then stumbled on these reviews, panicked and just ordered one instead. Ordered a week ago, a message to say delivery within 48 hours and it turned up perfectly on time. No damage at all, lovely plant in good condition - about 5 ft. Delighted. Absolutely no complaints. Might even order another one now!

waste of money spent £47 on a palm with groupon , i aske dthem to ammend the delivery address but they said they cant contact their courier to do this at all , Ive emailed 3 times now and still no reply .. NOT a good service and ill be requesting a refund via paypal.

I ordered two buxus shrubs in pots through wowcher. The order was easy, they arrived in the time frame given and were in super order when they arrived and very well packaged. They are lovely and an absolute bargain. Would definitely order again. The only negative was I had to drill holes in the bottom of the planters but it only took two minutes.

Giant Palm from Wowcher.... personally I had no problem so much so i purchased a second one. It was a foot shorter than advertised but that’s ok

I too have fallen victim of the Plant Store UK. The packaging was in a terrible state and the plants themselves where not the size specified. Whilst I am posting this may I state that there are 2 Plant Stores, so please don't get confused with the Plant Store in Ireland as Patrick Keville has been most helpful and would certainly not treat his customers in this way. Where they have come from is The Plant Store UK who is owned by a Christopher Bonnett based in Leigh on Sea Tel 01702 411311.

Like other customers l order with wowcher, plant's arrived damaged, outer box damaged inside plastic pot's smashed, plant's out of bags used for transit, tried to contact plant store without success, wowcher reply after 48 hours, send them back to plant store at my own cost. then what, its up to them was the reply from adviser from wowcher. my advice never using wowcher again. Terrible service! Only once complaining to wowcher did I get my items, even though I had asked for a refund as it has been so long. The items are much smaller and not properly shaped, all in all you could buy better for the same money from a garden center.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from PlantStore. 2 orders, first arrived on time but the plant did not match images and description. Could have bought it for same cost at any decent garden centre. 2nd order did not show up and was sent no delivery tracking number like the first order. On contacting the PlantStore, they said it had got lost in post but still could not quote a tracking number, so we assumed it had never been sent. After a few emails, Wowcher finally refunded us but less the delivery charge we paid. Now having to contact PayPal in order to get the delivery back . AVOID PLANTCENTRE AVOID WOWCHER!!! .. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

Having ordered a Christmas tree on line for the first time, I became concerned when reading other customers reviews. I contacted the Plant Store and received very prompt responses to my contacts and assurances that the tree would arrive within the specified time slot. I was pleased when it did arrive and even more pleased when I was able to put it up in the house. It has certainly exceeded our expectations and I would be happy to order from them again.

Plantstore, and livingsocial both a waste of time, one tree in good condition, if a little uder size, second tree damaged (old damage so was sent out like this) save your money and go to nursery and pick healthy plants, customer services waste of time

I bought the 5 to 6 ft cordaline ,through living social ,plant dispatched from plant store,when it arrived it was four and a half tall and a sad specimen tried too contact them on about 8 email addresses came back address invalid ,what a bloody scam these people have going on.please do not buy from them absolute rubbish shouldn't be allowed .

My cordyline arrived yesterday from my Wowcher deal and I am very disappointed. My plant is half dead. Nearly every leaf has brown tips on them and some leaves have large pieces missing. A very unhealthy plant. No point in complaining going by other reviews. I will never use Plant Store again and nor will I trust another Wowcher deal for a plant,

Plantstore PLANTRUBBISH! Paid over £80 for 2xCordyline Australis Palm Trees. They bare no resemblance to the the palm tree pictures displayed on the Wowcher website to begin with and one of them is only just over 4ft tall, not the 5-6ft advertised and is clearly unhealthy! We have received a message from them saying plants can be 10-20percent smaller than advert, but one plant is well below this minimum. The cost of returning is will be half of the cost of buying it - this is absolutely outrageous and an absolute scam! Don’t be fooled into thinking this company are legitimate, clearly they are not and they have no regard for customer service.

Ordered 2 x cordyline plants 5-6ft and paid £83.96 on 30 September 2020. One plant eventually turned up after notifying Wowcher, but only 3ft4ins tall. To date (13.10.2020) I am still waiting for a reply from Plantstore, I found a mobile number, which was turned off. Bob Ross is the name. I have now sent a message. Hours of my time has been spent just trying to speak to anyone from Wowcher or Plantstore. I wish I had read the reviews as Gardening Express, I believe, is the same company. Thoroughly frustrated, disappointed. I want my money back!

I have just purchased 2 cordyline's via wowcher from plantstore. Ordered 1st one to see what it was like before ordering 2nd. I was so happy when my 1st one arrived it was a good size as advertised and healthy. Ordered 2nd.. Even more blown away as healthy and thicker again as 3 shoots coming from it. Very pleased, happy customer...would purchase again! Thank you!

So I ordered a corderline. It came and when unpacked the leaves looked slightly shrivelled. We watered and fed the plant whilst waiting to plant up and over the week the leaves basically shrivelled and died off. Plant store wanted me to send the plant back at my expense even though I sent a pic. They were not prepared to give our money back. Would give Zero stars. All other plants I ordered from other outlets are flourishing well.
