I received my money plant today 26th October. I wouldn’t fault them. Pot and plant came in great condition. Wasn’t long waiting either. Packed so well. Can’t wait to see it growing. Thank you Plant store.

I bought a plant through Wowcher and when it arrived it was not as advertised. After looking on Plantstores website tge same plant was £20 cheaper. Customer Service did nothing but advise I could return to them by carrier at my own expense.
Not the good deal they advertised.
Will not buy from them again!

Mixed feelings, ordered 2 plants, one the salix came well but the other came awful, just a little stick instead of a 4ft magnolia tree. Wish I’d have read the reviews on here before purchasing via Wowcher, where I can’t find a way to complain and make a return. I did fine this email address for the company though helpme@gardening express. co. uk who replied with terrible service. I would NOT recommend purchasing from here cos you don’t know what you’re going to get and they have terrible customer service!

Avoid Plantstore !!, i have been unable to contact, plants arrived battered, rolling around in the damaged packaging. Unfortunately I was not at home at the time of delivery as I would have sent them back with the Yodel driver. A total waste of money.

Avoid! Terrible plants, terrible service and not willing to do anything about it. Bought from wowcher, never again! Avoid!

I was delivered a completely dead plant. I couldn't find any way of contacting them on the website and so wrote via Facebook. I haven't had any response. I may have well as have thrown my money in the bin.

I ordered an xxxl 6ft canary palm.
I received a 4ft sad looking plant!
Never again!

This company has no idea about customer service, they ignore emails over and over again but quick enough to take your money, I have waited over 4 weeks for an order and went missing and can’t even get a replacement for it.
Don’t shop with them

Ordered 2 Washington palms due 4thOctober still waiting no reply to at least 4 emails don't bother they are height of rudeness and customer care non existant buy from a reputable nursery

I ordered 2 washingtonia plants.last week.then I read the reviews, about how bad there plants turn up.this wasn't the case for me,delivery kept me upto date. My plants arrived, in good condition, no problems at all.very please with my order and service

Is Plantstore a bona fide company? the address on their website takes you to the Estuary Club, Leigh on Sea, there is no evidnece on Google maps of "Plantstore" anywhere in the vicinity of the address given - 1386 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend, Essex, SS9 2UJ

Very disappointed! I ordered from Wowcher two Salix Flamingo trees and this is what I got!! Nothing like the photo or description 🥲 don’t bother

Ordered Sunday recieved Thursday!!! X2 washington robustas actully slightly larger than advertised ..so chuffed ..although they were wrapped together and a leaf snapped the box was damaged but...I.m happy with my purchase tbh..I can see a lot of negativity but I.m just glad mine were good..can't leave a picture as I.d leave a few ..

I bought 2 flamingo trees arrived dead .absolutely disgusting as they were a birthday present can't get my money back wot a disgrace , definitely won't buy from them again Janet Clarkeson

Bought some roses bushes last year, they turned up 1/2 broken, complained to them they replaced them, this year not a single movement from a single bush. Wrote to them, no reply

Wish I'd read this page before ordering. Ordered 2 pink flamingo trees via Wowcher, one arrived dead, and the other died not long after delivery. Plantstore issued a replacement that never arrived (after ignoring my emails, I had to get in touch with them via Wowcher themselves), so they issued another replacement...which had an incorrect address label and also arrived dead! They then tried to claim the address label issue was my fault for putting the wrong address in..when my original order arrived addressed correctly.

Now going back to Wowcher for a refund, as this has been going on a month and a half.

Ordered 2 magnolia butterfly trees through wowcher and got 2

Bought 2 std roses through wowcher. Ordered orange and they sent pink. They ignored messages and when they finally responded they kept fobbing me off, trying to pass the blame. It’s nearly a month now and there is no sign of life. Fruit trees I planted after them have sprouted loads of new growth. So not only are they the wrong colour, they’re dead. I would NEVER buy from them again and won’t be using wowcher either, as they’re no help. Disgusted!

Cannot agree more with the reviews I have read and again, wish I had read them first. Plants were in a terrible condition when they arrived. I sent pictures of them to the 'we care' company and was assured that this was the quality they would expect them to be on arrival ! Also to check my instructions for how to look after , of which there were none. Emailed several times since, but no response . Why say 'we care' when they clearly don't. Really upsetting - don't use them as you will very likely be let down.
