Ordered 2 Salix intra flamingo trees. Arrived this morning in an undamaged box
Unpacked. They are in excellent condition. Cant wait to put them in the huge pots I purchased for them

Item never received still waiting on refund with no communication. Avoid.

First time customer with Wowcher and Plantstore and never again. Buxus Topiary plants delivered by Hermes damaged. The delivery driver was clueless to the fact the box he was holding was crushed and was pouring soil all over my doorstep! When I opened the box I found the plant pots were cheap and flimsy and were heavily cracked causing all the soil to empty out. I dont expect these plants to last given the absolute state they arrived in. Plants are smaller than expected and have lost their shape in transit due to the low quality packaging and lack of care afforded to them. An overall terrible experience for a first time customer. I have emailed plantstore and have not received a reply.

I bought 2 flamingo trees did not get them delivered to my address after emailing on numerous times and them saying it would take 10 days for another delivery I'm still waiting the service is disgusting you pay the money and expect them delivered to your door I would advise anyone to go else where I will never use them now

This company has reprieved itself by responding and replacing the dead plant. It's a shame I had to go through the hassle of complaining but I am now happy.

Bought a palm tree, it arrived quite quickly and looked okay but it wasn't as advertised. Alot shorter than stated on advert and then they never responded to my email about this.

Bought 10 plants from them through Voucher.
Quality is extremely poor and expensive. £27.99 plus PP £8.99 for 2.
Sent off an e-mail to complain, 4 days ago. No reply.
Very disappointing and will not buy from them or Voucher again.

Having ordered 2 Salix "trees" and then read the reviews on Trustpilot I was convinced I was going to receive and then reject these plants, in fact I had resigned myself to this probability. However, just this morning, I received an e-mail from Wowcher advising my plants were out for delivery sometime soon. Two hours later they arrived, delivered by a friendly chap and in a tall cardboard box some 4.5 feet tall. I slit one end of the box and lifted it off the plants and finally revealed - two completely undamaged and very healthy Salix. Absolutely delighted with the service I received and the plant's condition. These will be dug in later today, and I am confident they will thrive in their new home.
Full marks to Plant Store and their delivery driver. Many thanks for surprising me!

Very disappointed with topiary buxus plants! The plants are nothing like in the picture, neither are the pots! Their tiny! The pictures on Wowcher and Plant Store website are very misleading! This will be the first and last with these two companies!!!!

Awful company. I purchased x2 magnolia trees from Plant Store via Wowcher. The trees were visibly dead on delivery. I contacted Wowcher and Plant Store and sent photos as requested. After 4 weeks of no reply from Plant Store they responded stating they could not open the photos, which I re-sent to them. After 2 months, I’m still waiting for a refund. Totally awful.

I purchased 2 Washingtonia Robusta. Couldn't wait for them to arrive to complete my garden. When they arrived the courier brought out 1 box I asked have ypu not got another package as I ordered 2 he politely said no. Upon opening the box I found 2 plants zquahed into the box so I take them put I was mortified at the condition of the plants dying leaves snapped stems they were disgraceful. I contacted customer services attaching photos to get a reply 1 week later saying they hadn't received the pictures so I resent them another week goes by before any contact for them to say again we havent received photos.In the meantime of waiting I raised a dispute with both wowcher and PayPal who then gave them a further 72 hours to resolve the issue. Still no response until today some 4 weeks later. If it wasn't for raising dispute with wowcher I'd of paid £60 for 2 twigs with 3 leaves on each after removing the dead leaves and snapped stems. Thank you wowcher for my credit. stay clear of this place pay a little extra for quality. I rated 1 star as I couldn't give 0

If you want to pay through the nose for a plant that dies after following all the instructions then this is the store for you.

I bought a triple colours Hibiscus tree in early June via using Wowcher, the plant came with bare root and twigs with no sign of life. I was hoping it would revive later.
By this time, I have to give up my hope.

The customer service is as dead as the plant.

What a terrible company and you have to place some blame on Wowcher for not doing a proper due diligence check on the company or removing them from their website after the number of complaints. Ordered two root stock trees in January , one looked fragile on arrival and l gave it no hope of ever growing (and it hasn't) pretty much like Plantsore customer services, dorment-dead, it's running a scam at customers expense, no doubt managed by some dodgy plant life.nothing growing and no hope of a refund. Wowcher sort your act out before l axe you from my list of crappola companies.

I am so disappointed with my recent order of two Buxus topiary plants. After half an hour of cutting the tight excessive wrapping and removing endless tape, what was revealed were two sick-looking plants, possibly suffocated by the wrapping! I wouldn't usually dream of ordering plants online when we have garden centres close by, but they looked very good in the photograph on the Wowcher site.
I had an email re tracking the order on August 6th and saying they would arrive around the 11th. Goodness knows what they would have been like had they been in transit for 4 more days, as they came on the 7th.
What happens in a case like this when the product arrives in such poor condition? I couldn't begin to send them back as I wouldn't know how to repack them. As it was, I had to cut open the box in order to get them out.
On the advice from Wowcher, I have sent two emails to Plantstore and have had no response whatsoever. I just wish I'd read the reviews on this site and I wouldn't have dreamt of ordering the plants. Wowcher surely must take some responsibility, otherwise this experience will stop me dealing with them again.

I bought a pair of tricolour hibiscus trees very early in the spring and when I received them they looked dead. They wanted me to send pictures, which I did and photoed a scratch test. They have said it takes a while for them to wake up but these are definitely dead as after 4 months there is no life and no reply from plant store!
SHALL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered from wowcher a giant cordyline australis verde plant from plant store I read the reviews after and am glad I didn’t read them before as my plant arrived exactly as described and a day earlier than expected very happy in deed and will be purchasing another

Awful customer service. Also the guarantee in their website is misleading! They will not offer your money back if you are not happy with the product or if the plant arrives half dead!

Ordered 2 topiary bushes via Wowcher. They looked nothing like the photos and 1 died very quickly. Wowcher were fab and refunded but it was radio silence from Plant Store.
