Gutted to have opened the box to find two pretty much dead plant, when these were packed it must have been clear they were dead. I’ve emailed over a week ago to hear nothing back about this. Shocked Wowcher are working with them given how bad their service and products are!! If you are considering it… don’t! Save your money. I have two practically dead trees and wowcher not responding either!

Should of read the reviews before buying.Bought 2 plants via wowcher they were 2 magnolia trees what arrived was 2 twigs which after planting 2 months ago are dead and in the bin.

Never purchase a dead twig from this lot, as that is exactly what I received from them, despite numerous emails concerning the appalling condition the items arrived in, this company has an A++++++++ rating from me for fobbing you off, go to a reputable garden nursery centre, where at the very least you can see what you’re getting for your money, and to add insult to injury from my perspective you will pay little more for a plant that is ALIVE and have something that will continue to grow and enjoy, and not have to throw on the compost heap immediately after opening the packaging it came in !

Bought a Tri colour Hibiscus Tree, with a Wowcher voucher in early June, plant still looks like a dead twig.
Plant store will not refund or send another plant even after Wowcher has contacted them.
Do not buy plants from them as it is pot luck if they arrive alive.

Only giving 1* because i can't give zero.

This is hands down the single worst business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Sent me 2 x Salix trees and here are the issues:
-both were dead on arrival
- neither are legitimate salix trees, they are trees of another plant where the salix have been seeded and bound to the top of them

So not only have I got two dead plants, but ive also not got any real Salix either.

I've been chasing this since they were delivered nearly two months ago, even told them I'm going to trading standards for missold items and yet zero response.

Their email address "wecare" is honestly the most insulting part in all of this.

Do not give plantstore your time or money, it is an absolute shambles.

I recently gave a review of a company called Plant Store as I certainly wasn’t happy with their way of dealing with a complaint from a paying customer After about 5/6 weeks I have now received my replacement plant which is in good condition and my contact with this company is now completed

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

I ordered a £70 palm tree through woucher and It never arrived!! Three months later it still isn't here and woucher had the cheek to try give me a credit note to use on their site!
Apparently the money is now being refunded into bank from woucher but I have had no correspondence whatsoever from plant store and myself and woucher have contacted them on several occasions with not one word back!
I think this is a scam.

I ordered 4x rose trees from this site absolutely awful
2 x yellow when they came were orange and 2 x pink which weren't even trees they were sticks and they were broken
I've sent photos email but no luck
Please please please do not order anything from this site
You're just wasting your money

The company has cheated me by sending a dead plant and not responding to any queries thereafter. Looks like a bogus/fraud company. Please stay away. Not sure how the government allows such fraudulent company to be trading.

They dont deserve any stars. Dont know how submit review without giving any stars.

If I could give no stars then that would be perfect.
Bought two plants via Wowcher.
Plants arrived half dead, poorly done amateurish grafts onto rootstock.

Shocking! Paid £30 on Wowcher and didn't mention the extra £8.99 for post and packaging....wish I had read the reviews as they arrived and do not look anything like pictured. They are tiny and look pretty dead already 😒😒 Avoid better off going to a garden centre or even Asda!

Wish I read the reviews first what a total waste of time this company is bought two flamingo salix trees one was clearly on its last legs to be told keep watering it and it will perk up DO JOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON WOWCHER

Received a pair of topiary buxus plants yesterday from Plantstore which I purchased through Wowcher. Received a damaged box containing 2 plants with half the leaves in the bottom of the box and damaged plant pots. After reading the reviews it seems pointless to try and request a refund - you live and learn. I have requested that my Wowcher account be closed after numerous previous disastrous purchases.

I unfortunately I didn't read the reviews .I received my plant today with many leaves dead so don't think it'll last too long.
Very disappointed with the height it's much smaller than advertised too. By the reviews I've just read there doesn't seem to be any point in complaining as you get nowhere. Thanks wowcher why are you still selling vouchers for this company PLANTSTORE

Plant was dead when I got it absolute rubbish customer service do not buy from here

Wish I had known that Plantstore would fulfill the Livingsocial voucher for two magnolias. Neither flourished despite proper preparation of the ground, the appropriate compost and a careful watering schedule. One developed a wilt of some sort within a few weeks and the other followed after initially seeming OK. Very poor value. Avoid Plantstore at all costs and avoid what seem to be bargain vouchers for plants. You're right when you think they are too good to be true. Terrible waste of money.

Two beautiful roses trees advertised in Wowcher. I received two dead twigs, an expensive lesson learnt.

I ordered an Australis verde (purple) on 7th June via Wowcher. It was received today and was well packed, in good condition and within range of advertised height.
Communication was good and I was able to track its progress - courier Hermes. It has made a great addition to our patio and follows previous separate orders for a similar plant and a larger green australis verde from the same company. I am very happy with items received. Who needs to go abroad now when you can bring the vista here

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on this company as I wouldn't have used them.

I ordered four palms via wowcher which were described as 5-6ft.

When they arrived they were basically just reaching 4ft 6.

I sent them back via hermes, three were delivered but only two have been refunded so far.

Not not impressed with their level of service and their ignorance in not replying to my email query at
