Plantstore 

I’m sorry I could only give plantstore a 1 it really should be -10 at least. Like everyone else you eventually get a reply to send them photos of the DEAD 5ft TWIGS. Sent the photos as requested and guess what no reply since. I have emailed them every day but they obviously fall on deaf years. I am now going to take this joking company to my local trading standards office because the two of us can play games.

Shame I HAVE TO give 1 star. That is to good for them! Sale dead plants then do not respond to emails. AVOID them at all costs

For those of you who are tempted to purchase plants from Plantstore UK DO NOT DO SO. I ordered and paid for two (2) x 5'-6' Cordyline Verde plants via a Wowcher advertisment. The two plants arrived and neither were anywhere near the 5'-6' tall as described in their advert. One of the plants had had its central stem removed which effectively meant that its vertical growth was stumped. I emailed Plantstore several times and initially received no response. I was asked to supply photographic evidence of the height of the plants which I did so along with a photograph of the plant with the damaged/removed central stem. After a few weeks of not receiving. reply I again emailed Plantstore. I eventually received a reply to the effect that the plants would eventually frown to 5' -6'!! I sent a further email asking for the original plants to be collected and for two 5'-6' plants to be delivered. I have not received a response to that email. Fortunately I paid via Paypal and have managed to place the payment/order in dispute ad should receive a full refund. I have also written to Plantstores local Trading Standards in Hornchurch and lodged a complaint with them as Plantstore have clearly failed to supply the goods they offered for sale and which I was duped into buying. I have also written to Wowcher since they advertised the services of this company and I wonder what due diligence they performed in teaming with Plantstore. A thoroughly unprofessional company to deal with and one which I will never deal with again.

Pair of buxus balls in pots absolute rubbish,nothing like the picture advertised. Simple rule l broke, go to garden centre and see what you're buying.

I ordered 2 lots of Plants but did not thrive and died despite me carrying out all instructions as to their care.
A third batch were delivered in supposedly dormant state but were in fact dead already.

Bought 2 topiary buxus via wowcher, we're diseased when arrived and lasted a week, tried to complain to both company and Wowcher and had no response after 2 times gave up!!! Avoid

Anybody purchased a magnolia tree via Wowcher? I contacted the seller with my concerns and sent them the photo of my said tree and heard nothing since 😡

Absolutely shocking customer service from both Plantstore & Wowcher, and I won't use either ever again.
Bought 2 'Giant 6-7ft Palms. One was only 4 ft, and the other one is completely dead. One email from Plantstore asking for pictures, heard nothing for the last month, tried to raise it with Wowcher, they're not interested.
I would take a guess that Plantstore deliberately buy up sub standard plants for peanuts and sell them on as healthy plants for the full retail price.
My advise....Avoid, and shop somewhere else !!!!

If it was possible to give a minus score I would. Awful service bought via wowcher and ignored several emails and my return request. Only reply received for the dead twig I bought Asked to send photos which I did and no response. Wouldn’t buy anything again and will not use wowcher either. Total rip off and false advertising

Received 2 topiary trees but after only a few months the leaves have gone yellow and I think they are dying - when I planted them in the supplied plastic pots I was skeptical as they were a tight fit - they also were bone dry in their temporary pots when they arrived. I would avoid - very dissatisfied

Received a hibiscus tree, it appeared dead, I planted it, but it did not bud, sent photos to Planstore as they requested, they have since ignored all follow up e-mails, I belive they are selling poor/dead plants with no intention of making refunds, they are basically fraudsters.

I ordered through Mighty Discount.. Unhealthy plants arrived and did not survive. The story is both Plant store and Mighty discount deals are fraudsters and they give a f'''' damn.

Bought 2 large cordylines, separate orders. First one great condition second not in great condition. After several emails they expect me to pay to post it back to them!!! After paying to receive it in good condition. No chance its huge. The saga continues. Terrible customer service🙄

Recently purchased a tree from PlantStore, through Wowcher. Plant arrived damaged and not fit for purpose. They requested I send it back, so returned.
After agreeing to refund the return postage they have now stated they won’t!
Wowcher were not really interested!
So I’m out of pocket for shoddy goods.

I purchased 2 palms through Wowcher GPS showed plants delivered to wrong address still no plants and after 9 emails no response from plant store or wowcher

Dead Twig received. Contacted wowcher and the plant store and provided photos of said dead twig. Initially received responses to my emails by stopped responding. Opened case with wowcher under different email address stated responding again.....for now!!! Still no replacement or refund. Disgusting company.

Plants almost dead , brown and shrivelled won’t allow you to cancel your order , don’t answer emails for days , work with wowcher , or service . Allow you to return for refund but bet you end up saying the postage . Learnt my lesson !

I ordered 2 2 buxus plants with a Wowcher code. I did not receive the plants. Emailed customer service, this is now my 5th email and no response. Nothing. Dont know what else to do, perhaps I'll contact Wowcher for a refund. I wish I'd seen the reviews before parting with my cash.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
I used Wowcher for 2 Willow Trees supplied by Plantstore. I can't review the items as they didn't turn up. MyHermes 'lost them' in the depot?? (How can you lose 2 tress?) So I had to go back to Plantstore for a refund or replacement... I would've got more response from shouting into the Grand Canyon. WASTE.OF.SPACE
I have learned the hard way but please, please spare yourselves the pain...

I will say the same as other customers have said I bought 2 buxes trees with a Wowcher voucher
The bushes never arrived I contacted Wowcher who said they would follow it Up
The bushes arrived a few days later all I can say is I wish they hadn’t ever arrived they are nothing like the photos they are not healthy not rounded they are shocking
I e mailed the company they have just answered 6 weeks later and said I can return them at MY cost !!lesson learnt I would not ever be ordering again from Wowcher as they weren’t helpful either
