Avoid this company at all costs. Bought a voucher for 2 trees through wowcher. Trees never arrived and when I queried with PlantStore they ignored all communication. When wowcher contacted them they ignored their communications too. Eventually got a refund from wowcher.

Absolute shambles of a company. Products nothing like described and good luck if you send them back and are hoping for a refund... this company will do whatever they can to get out of it refunding. I even sent it back tracked where the refused to sign for it. How Wowcher allow them to trade on there site I don’t know.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Their adverts are highly misleading and the plants/bushes we ordered were no where near the description, the size or colour advertised. Customer Service is shocking and when they say send the product back they want you to pay for the postage !

I ordered 2 pairs Buxus plants over 2 months ago, i have send 14 emails and still no delivery. I cant get through to them as the recording is telling their not available because of Covid 19.
This is just ridiculous at this stage. I cant even cancel and request a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for a plant 2 months ago, its not arrived and I have since sent 7 emails asking for either the plant or my money back. I think they are crooks! AVOID AT ALL COST

Rose plants rubbish will not buy again from this company rubbish for the money stay away off them sh.. for the price can not get in touch with them sent back 3 weeks ago no reply

Bought a pair of Magnolia patio trees in July 2020, via Wowcher. They arrived as bare root twigs, as expected - they were planted and cared for using the instructions provided. It is now the end of April 2021 and there is still no sign of growth at all - they are still twigs. I contacted both Wowcher & Plant Store. Eventually, after much hounding, Wowcher said they would message Plant Store - I am expecting contact from them tomorrow. Not going to hold my breath. Pay a bit extra from a real company / garden centre who care about customers.

Please please avoid this company. I received my first 2 buxus plants and they were fine but the 2nd 2 for my son are only fit for the bin. What a waste of money. When contacting Plantstore with pictures they say they are as expected - they are certainly not as I expected! I’ve sent comparison pics with my 2nd email which has just been ignored. Trying to get a refund now with PayPal. Really not worth the risk.

Absolutely appalling!! I ordered £124 worth of plants on 25th March. They have not arrived. You cannot call anybody to get refund. I have emailed the 'CEO'. No response. So they have effectively stolen £124 from me. It's the same company that owns Gardening Express.

Bought 2 magnolia trees through wowcher and although not quiet 4 feet as described they both had healthy root systems and yes they don’t look like the picture but what do you expect for £30 with delivery.Both now planted and now care and time will tell if they eventually grow.Update.Both trees are growing very well with lots of shoots and leafs

Oh dear like a few other said should have read the reviews first - 4 to 5ft plants both 3ft 6" and in terrible state. Thanks Wowcher for letting me throw £30 away.

Ordered GIANT Canary palm tree - 6-7 feet via Wowcher but my package was 4 foot 8 inches. Tree (including 1 foot pot) was still under 5 feet opened. WISH I'd read poor reviews - stay away. I could buy one this size locally for half the price. :-(

I. Am reading my experience in previous reviews. Ordered £197.97 worth of plants on the 27march and still haven’t received them, although when I ordered they said they were in stock and would take a maximum off 15 days to arrive. I have contacted them on 5 different occasions. I got a response on 2 only to tell me that they could not find my order as I hadn’t provided enough information, my order number, name, address, email, and phone number wasn’t enough. Have now contacted my credit card company. I aways read reviews and it should have been a warning that they don’t have anyway to leave a review on there website. Don’t go near them

Ordered and received 12 buxus topiaires through Wowcher - very poor quality, dearer than B&Q, most not even round shape!
Additionally, Ordered two Cordylines directly with Plantstore, been nearly a month and not received them! On contacting customer service, they lied that they couldn’t find my order, even though I had attached original order confirmation email!
Their prices are usually 10 times market price , poor quality, deliveries are unreliable and terrible customer service.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM! STAY AWAY!!

Have sent several emails but they never reply. Now trying to chase a refund. Avoid at all costs. I was given a phone number for them, which turned out to be a mobile phone shop.

Bought 2 x 4 foot ‘ Magnolia tree’ via wowcher . One only measured 3 foot . I did have a response asking for further pictures which I provided to customer service and no response . Totally disappointed with the 4 foot one too it is just a branch in a carrier bag . Poor quality product and even poorer customer service

Ordered 4ft magnolia'tree' with Livingsocial voucher. Unfortunately I was sent a 'twig' which was at best 3ft long even with the bone dry roots pulled out. As others have said (and I wished I'd read the comments before I bought), save your money and go to a local garden centre.

I ordered 2 sets of buxus plants via wowcher, the first were set were smaller than expected but looks wise absolutely fine however the second set was an absolute disgrace, I can’t believe the plants passed quality control as one of plants was dead and the other was butchered and nothing like the pics. When complaining and sending pictures of the dead plant I got told that the plants are yet to grow and are exactly as they expect!!
So they expect to sell dead plants
Such poor customer service.

Absolute joke don’t buy from these the plants are poor quality I was expecting 2 ball shaped buxus plants and go 2 odd shaped smaller than stated plants not worth £5 each load of crap
