Absolute shocking after sales service. Ordered 2 Topiary Buxus and when delivered were of very very poor standard. Company asked for pictures to be provided which have been (I compared it to advertised picture, I even included a £10 one bought from B&M which was much higher quality and looks like a topiary buxus bush). Company have not replied to further emails.
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PLANTSTORE

Wish I had read reviews also, ordered off wowcher but still not worth the money , 2 tiny not round bushes that look hideous on my door step

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered via wowcher, ordered some peonies, had a text to say my plants had been delivered, this was while I was sitting in my front room, contacted wowcher straight away to say it hadn’t been delivered, they emailed plant store, needless to say no response, got back to wowcher to ask for a refund, initially they said I could have a wowcher voucher which I didn’t want, when I asked for a refund to my bank account they stopped communication, disgraceful service, will never order from them again, will speak to my bank to try that way.

Wish I didn't need to give any Stars it is total rip off . I ordered on the 8th of April 2 candy strlpe peony and Bavaria hydrangea. From Wowcher The hydrangea haven't arrived yet and they are supposed to be here by the 16th but I. am not holding my breath. As they are allegedly still in process The peony arrived this morning ,I ordered 2 but received 1 root and a bag of compost, The contact address on the invoice is invalid .The invoice itself is confusing ,it mentions 1 root and two ,yet only 1 was delivered totally disgusting Rip off merchants

ZERO STAR. Feel like a fool now after reading all the other reviews.... bought the topiary buxus plants. Two sets. Both sets look like a child has hacked at them. Still waiting for a response re the return. Surely with so many reviews this business needs to be shut down?!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought via Wowcher . Never again. Received a large plant that looked NOTHING like the photos on the advert . Let’s be honest, you buy from what you see.
Plant arrived and I thought wrong one had been sent .
Googled the name of the plant and found out that it would look like the photo in 10-20 years time .
Wowcher basically did not want to know. Plant store eventually said send it back at my own cost . Impossible due to size and shape , and at what cost ?
I believe product was misrepresented and they were by law responsible for cost of return . Like talking to a brick wall and you eventually think, you know what , I can’t be bothered. Would never buy again from plant store or Wowcher .

Ordered x2 topiary bux sphere plants from plant store via Wowcher.
X2 bedraggled misshaped and very poorly plants turned up took x2 weeks to get a reply then was told I had to pay return postage and that they look normal for this time of year?? They look nothing like the advertised picture and you can actually get bigger and better ones from from b+m for £10 less.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Can you give no stars. I ordered via a living social deal and have had zero communication from this company about delivery despite numerous emails. Still no delivery or refund

One plant arrived on the verge. Contacted them as was told it looked ‘as expected’. It was literally a stick with two leaves left on it. They take ages to even reply then wanted me to pay return postage for the dead plant. Avoid this company

As others have said, you can’t get a reply if you complain!
We got a few plants on line during lockdown, sadly both the rose trees and the lupins we got from Plantstore arrived in poor condition and never recovered. I often see items I’d like on Wowcher, but as soon as I see the Plantstore logo I move on. Once bitten and all that!!

Iv made 3 purchases with plantstore and I have to say 2 out 3 where excellent, the 2 bay trees are my favourites wish I could put a picture of them on here in there new pots amazing quality, in second place are the 2 topiary buxus which are another great buy and complete value and in my own choice of pot again look the business, 3 place are the cypress trees which one is good the other seems to be struggling but still nice and green, iv had a few problems with wowcher with other items but for me I carn’t fault plantestore and will use again if I see something I like 👍

Ordered one 5ft palm to see if they were any good (via Wowcher) it arrived in good time and well packaged but we found that the center leaves were yellow and limp, looked like it was dying? Contacted them direct but a month later after two emails to them I still have not heard anything? Glad I only ordered one and won't be using them again.

Ordered via Wowcher. Plants arrived ahead of delivery date which was good and the topiary buxus plants themselves were ok. The issue was they were supposed to be in large contemporary planters but they were in ordinary pots which had split. Very disappointed, emailed company and got no response. Wowcher not interested, won’t use them again if is the standard of supplier they use.

Unfortunately I ordered four plants off Wowcher and then read reviews. The plants arrived in 3 separate deliveries none of them were in great condition and one pussy willow tree is shockingly sparse while the Torbay palm has multiple dead ends. Wish I’d shopped locally and viewed before I bought.

Ordered palm trees which where advertised in big pots so expected to receive item as seen in advertisements. Disappointed when received as no pots and 2 small plants. Living social recommend emailing Plantstore directly. 1 month later finally received an unhelpful response to say the plants are supplied in their standard nursery containers NOT the ones in the advertisement. To return the plants, you have to print a form and pay for the return yourself. Will never use these again. Unsatisfactory customer service

Paid £10 for advertised next day delivery for australian cordy plant for mother's day.... placed order then it's saying estimated delivery date of 24th of March. Contacted Wowcher, said to email plant store directly which I did trying to cancel order. No response from plant store. Still not heard anything. Wish I had read these reviews first. Avoid.

So credit where credit is due! I ordered 4 giant cordyline australis verde via Wowcher. The plants arrived before they were due. All 4 plants are 5 foot+ (bottom of pot to top of the plant) all 4 plants are in excellent condition and were well packaged. It’s a shame I can’t upload some pictures

Palm finally arrived after a few delivery issues. Plant looks in good condition, well wrapped for delivery. My main issue is the size, clearly states 5-6 ft plant but barely makes 4ft so definitely not as described in ad. I do feel a bit disappointed to be honest.

Ok I'll be completely honest, I had got myself fired up for a 1 star review. However, as a person that does not for plantstore, gardening express or for Chris Bonnett in anyway shape or form. I bought the plant for my better half for mother's day from the kids. It didn't arrive by 11th March as stated and had to raise a case with Wowcher thus losing 1 star off the review that &the fact its 4' 10" tall not the 5-6ft 'giant plant I saw advertised & bought. It arrived today 5 days late but in a much better condition than the majority of reviews here had. It was wrapped well, yes the soil was dry but that's not an issue a quick watering didn't solve in 30 seconds. It has a few brown tips but this happens to a lot of plants. I'm gobsmacked to be honest I'm leaving a positive feedback but here I am, happy with what I I recieved. It seems hit & miss what you get so can't say every will be happy with their purchase.

These have just arrived. They were well packaged, wrapped up in black plastic.
One is at least 6f and the other 5f. They are in great condition and we are thrilled. We were a bit worried about the negative reviews.
But if you buy plants in the winter, you cant expect them to look as they would in the height of summer. Maybe us getting them at the start of spring when they have already had the dead leaves from the year before cut off and new ones are growing makes for a better looking plant. Who would have thought that might be the case.
