Ordered 2 topiary plants and planters 5 weeks ago. Have gone way past delivery date. Cannot track item as not up to date. Emails have gone unanswered. Wish i had read reviews before ordering. Shocking that Wowcher keep using this company. Will never order anything else again. Seems they like to take your money but not give any goods. Im sure the very few good reviews are fake.

Ordered a XXL Canary Date Palm via Wowcher with a delivery before 25 May 2022. After purchasing from Wowcher I am then asked to purchase delivery. Goods have still not arrived and no information from this company. Appears they take your money but do not deliver the goods. Trying to resolve this through Wowcher but they are messing me around and the seller does not provide any information. Stay away from this business!

They have not supplied as per described and despite many complaint emails. There has been no reply

I strongly suggest that everyone should stay away from this company and follow my lead by asking your credit card company to claw back your payment under the trading standard “not as sold”.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 3rd email to "we care" plant store ... errr, we don't care more like it ... I got fleeced after purchasing 4 "lollypop" rose trees for my elderly mums birthday. Photograph advert was in full bloom (on wowcher) and very eye catching. What arrived was a 15" twig! And I know that things grow .. but to be mislead and then be charged £58 and that was on a "wowcher" deal. I've tried to get in touch with the company x3 asking for at least an apology for such misleading selling!
Will NOT ever purchase from this company again. Lesson learnt !!

Bought 2 topiary Buxus plants via Wowcher - never again - feel like I've been well and truly fleeced. When they arrived the pots were bashed and broken so I had to buy new pots. The plants werent in great condition - 1 was significantly worse than the other and has been declining since it arrived. It apparently has blight and is unlikely to last much longer.
So I've spent £40 on what equates to 2 knackered pots and some dead plants which have lasted less than 3 weeks.
Avoid like the plague!

Terrible, do not waste your money! Ordered a few plants from them using a Wowcher deal, the plants arrived damaged and not as advertised. The image used to advertise the deal was completely misleading. When I contacted Plantstore I was told there was nothing wrong with the plants and they would not offer a refund, although it was well within the 14 day 'no quibble return' window. Would not touch with a barge pole again!

Bought a plant via Wowcher in the middle of March 2022. Still awaiting delivery after I have emailed customer services at Plant store on 2 occasions. Extremely poor service as it looks like I have wasted £25 including postage.

Plant supplied nothing like that illustrated. Plantstore claim illustration was of mature plant but do not say that in advertisement. Similar size plant to that supplied available in local garden center for half the price. It would seem I am not alone in my experience with this supplier.

I purchased 5 cordyline trees through Wowcher. Plant store despatched trees that were in terrible condition. All the trees had brown leaves. If I could post pictures on here I would and you could judge for yourselves.
I sent the pics to Plantstore who refused to acknowledge the damaged plants and wanted more pictures.
I paid £50 just for delivery yet when it came to returning the plants they refused to offer a collection service. £230 down the drain, I wish I’d read these reviews first!

Awful awful awful. I placed an order for two palms through wowcher. I then read the reviews… I had a quick and reassuring message from CS saying they had lots of happy customers and not to worry about the negative reviews. What an idiot I was.
The palms arrived early. One box was smashed up, the other appeared to be fine. Opening the boxes, both plants were shorter than described and the pots were smashed up and the palms were loose - like they’d maybe been moved so much that the palms were no longer effectively held up by their roots, and just flopped around.
I repotted them and put them outside where they continued to be unable to stay upright unassisted. Now, they’re being supported by poles I had to buy but appear to slowly be dying. No huge surprise given they have obviously experienced such trauma that they were never likely to survive. What a waste of money. Buy elsewhere from reputable sellers. CS asked for picture evidence of the height issue, ignoring the bigger problem of the roots being loose as I had told them, and I provided picture evidence of the smashed up boxes - it’s not like I could show them the loose roots any way. No refund given, no further help. This is an awful company.

After reading reviews on here, I got ready to refuse it from the courier. I checked it when he did arrive, and told him to wait. Everything was all good and as described. Bought from wowcher, and took 6 days to arrive. This was an XXL canary palm. Needed watering and repotting but apart from that, a good healthy tree.

I ordered a giant cordyline australis Verde plant through Wowcher. Thought I was getting a real good bargain and was excited to have it delivered. However, when the plant arrived I was massively disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture on the ad. Very flimsy and certainly not giant. I contacted the company with my complaint. They said the image used is of a fully grown plant and there to show what you can recreate over time. Very misleading and unacceptable!! If I wanted a refund I'd have to pay a courier as they believe the plant is how they expect it.
Total waste of money and time, sending emails back and forth.
Will not order from this company again or recommend!!

Absolute SCAMMERS, I am furious. Received what was supposed to be a huge palm tree, it's half dead and falls over and half the size advertised. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered plants of a given height. The plants I received were six inches shorter than the shortest they should've been. They were advertised at 4.5-5.5 ft. They were under 4ft.

Their customer services also made it very difficult to complain about this despite sending many photos that were more than sufficient to demonstrate that these plants were not as advertised.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered 2 magnolia trees, they were of terrible quality. 1 year on..not a single leaf or flower. They might as well be dead. Poor customer service. Money down the drain. Never again.

I ordered a palm tree through Wowcher over three weeks again. I haven't received it and have had no response to my emails. AVOID this company! They take your money and don't bother delivering the goods and Wowcher don't do much to help.

I am absolutely fuming.... I bought a pair of Washingtonia robust palms through Living social on the 11 January, that was supposed to be delivered from Plantstore and I'm still waiting to receive it. I have emailed plantstore several times, who've responded that I should be receiving them soon ( when I accused them of being a fictitious company and the plant not really existing) via Hermes and to look out for an update soon, today is the 4 February and still nothing.
I will never be buying anything again through Living Social/Wowcher, if these are the types of cowboy outfits they use

Was doubtful with this company ordering through Wowcher. Guess everyone wants a bargain! Hooked! Not received order. Cheap enough ok but to pay £8.99 delivery and still not receive! Fuming! Supposed to be in Leigh-on-Sea, Southend or Hornchurch? Love to know how much mail ends up on their mat every week from angry clients!!! Can't find printable words to say how I and many others feel!!!

So having still not received order, contacted WOWCHER who must of sent an e-mail to Plant store 'cause 2 days later had and e-mail from them stating delivery delayed! will be sending out the plants from 4th Feb, (now the 8th)! but have an updated e-mail address from them. Unable to leave the address on here. sorry
Will wait till end of week then re-contact wowcher

Very well packed. Just wished it had been as advertised a 3-4' Palm.
Live and learn as they say. won't be getting any more custom. a shame as their ister site Garden Express iss very good
