Plasticsheetsshop Avis

Ordered an air conditioner panel for my window. Came the correct size, but without the vent - despite the description indicating it came with a standard dryer vent hole. Emailed them about it, including screenshots of their description, and they've offered a full refund and advised me to re-place the order (which I intend to do).

The only thing UK about plasticsheetshop is the domain name, your order is manufacturered and shipped from the Netherlands.
The first item received was broken and i reported the item was broken and reported that the AC hole was not present even though the title of the product and description explicitly states that this came with a 15.5cm hole. They have now shipped a replacement still without a hole! making the order useless and they do not take responsibility so it will be on to my credit card company to start a chargeback for goods not as described.

I got the AC window seal acrylic 4mm to use as a long term solution to venting a portable AC. There was clear information on the website about the measurements to take. I think it is very well priced and the product was delivered within 3 days which was faster than expected. Unfortunately the acrylic was damaged upon delivery so i went to customer support and they delivered a replacement within 2 days. Overall great experience, I definitely recommend them!

The first Perspex item arrived broken. Against my express wishes, the company sent a replacement, even though I told them I used a local carpenter to produce a replacement. They continued to insist upon photographs, even though I was clear that I didn’t want a refund. Their software for reporting damaged goods is poorly designed and the company doesn’t read customer emails. All-in-all, a bad experience. They ship to the UK using UPS, who delivered several days late with both of the items I ordered.

I was after some panels to create privacy screens on my narrow boat. I received a fast and comprehensive response to my initial query. Hannah was very helpful and answered all of my questions and suggested an alternative product from their range that suited my needs better, even though it was considerably cheaper. Delivery once ordered was quick and the product is A1, now fitted. In the words of Alan Partridge, "textbook".

After searching on-line through UK sites for plastic sheet I found the best value was from Plasticsheetshop.co.uk
Great product, exactly as specified and at a great price.

Ordered and received acrylic sheets quickly. Through no fault of plastic sheet shop they arrived damaged. Informed PSS and they sent replacements immediately. Excellent customer service and sheets cut exactly to size.

Easy to order with fast completion and efficient delivery.
Thank you, excellent service and I have I have already recommended to others.

Excellent service. Only wanted a couple of replacement window sheets for my shed but really impressed with service. Cheapest online, spot on measurements, great packaging and very quick delivery. Great product as well to top it off

Great service and price.
Prompt delivery, good prices and decent quality sheets.
Just the job for weatherproofing the rabbit runs!

My second time in using this company and safe to say they deliver a great product at a good price. I need non reflective glass due to an eye condition and theirs is second to none!

Very quick delivery. Items cut accurately to size. Exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price.

Came across this company whilst looking for an accessory for my portable AC unit. Saw their option for the window exhaust hose and bought it. Easy to input the measurements and choose the type required.
Only downside was I paid for express delivery but due to airfreight issues it still took the longer time.

The ordering online couldn’t have been simpler. When the sheets arrived they were doubled wrapped and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend the Plastic Sheet shop. Excellent product and excellent service.
