Play Netball Avis 

A little confusing at first and wasn’t shown how to use it but after getting the hang of it is a good system .. not great for those who are not computer savvy

I love play netball, I had been looking for a friendly social league for a long time and this was it. It’s a great way to get out of the house, keep fit and make friends. I had not played netball since leaving school (18years to be exact) but it didn’t take long for me to remember. This is my ‘me time’, as most mum’s will know ‘me time’ hard to come by, but for me this is time we’ll spent.

Play Netball has just been the most brilliant thing. After having kids I needed to get in shape again but I really wanted to make new friends away from the school gates and the usual mummy groups as well. And I have! I now play 3 times a week in different local leagues, take part in tournaments, enjoy team nights out and have shed 3 stone! The nostalgia factor has been wonderful too. Don’t wait, sign up today!

Initially, I signed up but received no further email however when I emailed the play netball email, the lady was very helpful in guiding me into my next steps to sign up. The information has been brilliant and I am being kept inform every step of the way.

My overall experience of play netball has been amazing. 2 yrs ago I came across a Facebook post and I contacted play netball and got myself into a team. I now play regularly every week and am in 2 leagues in my area. I've met some amazing players, grown in confidence in my own abilities and become healthier in mind and body. Above all its been fun, and socially met some awsome seeladies I'm privileged to call friends.
Would recommend to anyone as a platform from for getting back into netball.

Professional and relaxed environment. I never feel judged even though I am fairly new to the sport and make mistakes. Lovely atmosphere

I joined Play Netball last year and until then I hadn't played for about 7 years since school. I have met some great people and have really enjoyed getting back into netball. The umpires are great and give advice throughout the game. Would recommend to anyone looking to start netball again!

Returning to netball (after around 20+ years) has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have met a brilliant group of ladies, we have great fun playing and I really look forward to Monday nights.

Joined when the Swindon league first started after always enjoying netball at school but not playing for a few years! It is so much fun and great exercise. Everybody is so lovely and I really enjoy the social side of it too! You are provided with bibs and equipment and good quality umpires! You can join with a friend or on your own where you will be placed in a team with other ladies.

Play netball is great opportunity to get back into a sport you may have once loved, or even to start up a new passion. They provide back to netball excellence and offer support and advice on what is best for you. I am so pleased I contacted them 2 years ago as now I am still playing a sport that I love. But it has also given me the opportunity to be more social and make friends for life who share the same passion as I do.

I hadn’t play netball for over 20 years. I wanted something fun to do with friends and due to the lack of free time, I wanted to get fit at the same time if possible. I saw a post for play netball and emailed them with some queries. They were extremely helpful and I signed my team up. That was over a year ago and my team still meet up to play every Monday. Everyone that takes part at the Lincoln league are so friendly, especially the umpires.

It’s a good way to get fit, see your friends and make new friends too.

Great for the social aspect and keeping fit!
Good for those who are regular attenders and also those who just want to play on an adhoc basis. Good for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.

A really friendly league with great umpires. All the teams help each other out - we all try our best but the competitive side is not as important as having a great game.

Lovely umpires, great fun and a real mix of people getting back into the sport. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stretch their legs and get back into netball!

Play netball is great fun and everyone is friendly and socialable. It is well organised and the umpires are great at giving advice to improve game play!
