A Five Star Experince
This order for a batting jacket and gloves were for my grandson. I ordered a youth medium for both. The same size all of his clothes and baseball uniforms are. Unfortunately the fit was too small. Unusual for two highly regarded baseball equipment companies. I called the customer service department to have a return label sent by mail to me. I could not print one from the site because I don't have a home printer. To my surprise I received a personal phone call the next day from Ted Itschert Director of Customer Experince. He said he would handle my return and refund without delay. He was genuinely concerned that I was totally satisfied with the entire process and retaining me as a valued customer was of the utmost importance.
