Terrible service cowboys . Unprofessional attitude to work and came late wont be using again and wont reccomend to anyone

Can’t fault this company whatsoever, we’ve recently experienced having 2 plumbers from this company. Jordan Jackson and Matthew, both young men knew what they were doing, working hard with what turned out to be a very difficult job. Can’t fault their work ethic, explaining everything to my husband. They are both a credit to Plumcare.

Excellent service! Jordan was polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. The job was not straightforward but he completed it with patience and a smile on his face, as well as explaining everything he was doing so I knew what was happening and why. Feel like I understand my central heating much better now. He worked until he managed to fix it and I couldn't be more grateful!

DANGEROUS COMPANY, BOILER ENGINEER WAS A COWBOY WHO CAUSED CATASTROPHE!!!
PLEAE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Left with no heating.hot water and leak downstairs, should be ashamed of themselves and featured on Watchdog for sending Engineers that have no training or ETHICS

Excellent service - Jordan was polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. He attend a job, where we had a radiator pipe leaking under the floor, which although was close to access panel under the floor, was in a ridiculous tight and awkward spot. No complaining and with a smile on his face, he endured an hour of struggling and he managed to fix it.
Really good people person, and really relatable, it was almost like he was a neighbour. I have been a manager in customer service areas and Jordan’s work ethic and service ticks all the right boxes of great customer care- Definitely an huge asset to plumbcare

The Gas Engineer was great, he replaced my leaky radiator. It was tricky to get off of the wall, but it was managed with care. My entire system had to be drained, again no mess was made. All around fantastic experience. Thank you so much.

Excellent service. My blocked drain was dealt with very efficiently and quickly. Calvin was very knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company to anyone 👍

Had an issue with my bath and Plumbcare sent out Calvin Wilkinson to sort it out. He was a really friendly bloke and very professional. Was very today and was quick in identifying and sorting the issue out. Would highly recommend Plumbcare especially Calvin. Very happy overall.

Attendance with professionalism, nothing was problematic, just find the issue and solve with most practical approach.

On the money for me..

2 engineers attended my house this morning to carry out a repair to a leaking pipe in my bathroom. They were very courteous and polite, got on with job and made an excellent repair to the pipe.

Blocked kitchen sink and dishwasher drain causing smell, reported late afternoon and sorted early evening. Brilliant service and a really nice guy

Called Plumbcare as small leak found and they attended same day. Within four hours. All sorted within a short time. Very pleasant plumber, courteous and professional. Very pleased.

Jamie braes is a wonderful person and puts in all his effort to do the perfect job. The first time I’ve met an excellent person from plumbcare.😁

Kristian and Jordan came to replace a leaking, rotten hot water cylinder. Arrived on time, and worked efficiently to drain the system, remove the old cylinder and replace with a new one. Tidied up and hoovered afterwards which was much appreciated - you would hardly believe they'd been there! Checked heating, hot water and shower were all working properly before they left. Thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

Had these clowns round through my Halifax ultimate reward insurance to fix leak on boiler comic lad said all it needed was a jubilee clip on he said I'll see if I have one in van omg heating engineer (plumber) without a jubilee clip like a joiner without a hammer I looked out of window he was sat in van on his phone vaping came back in asked to use toilet went back out same again on phone vaping came back in said he couldn't do it as water in system was not clear enough like Buxton spring water 🙄 omg told him to leave cover off I will do it told me I can't as I am not an heating engineer (plumber) 🤣 I spent 30 years in building game but I can't put a jubilee clip on thought I was dreaming omg

Awful customer service, the guy on the phone was talking over me, refused to listen to what I was saying and then hung up on me. They claimed to fix the boiler and left it with a loud buzzing noise and tried to make us pay £99 to check if it was their fault (diagnose it) plus fixing price. And the office manager was rude to us .

Jordan Jackson is a very polite and knowledgeable plumber. I had a problem with our toilet waste pipe leaking, he found and fixed the problem even though it was a bit messy replacing the pipe. Thanks Plumbcare for your efficient service and all your caring staff.
