This was an amazing customer experience. The office staff did everything to help and their communication from visit booking until after the visit was superb. The engineer, Jordan, was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble to fix the water leak quickly. All of the Plumbcare employees we dealt with were exceptional.

Jordan Jackson was very professional, he knew what the problem was and fixed it, he ensured that he covered all areas of the job he was working on and kept me informed every step of the way, which reassured me that he was more than capable of providing an excellent service, Thank you!

Jordan was really friendly and did a great job identifying the issue and fixing a leaking toilet incredibly quickly.

Had a blocked waste coming from the overhead shower into the bath, the females of the household all with long hair, and the son with his stupid f**king manbun all contributed to clogging it up with their loose locks! In comes Jordan with his tools and his wet vac, within no time he'd sucked out the offending blockage, water running through nicely again. Top job, top lad. Thank you very much. 👍🏼

Excellent service via the phone and Michael who attended the property. Bit of a mystery as to where the leak was located but eventually found the issue. Fully explained each step of the process and best plan for repair.

Boiler went down over Christmas, from the guys answering phone through to the engineer called Lee who visited a great service. Lee was very polite and courteous and also gave some great advice on boiler efficiency as well as fixing the leak, thank you guys.

Jordan Jackson was assigned a leaking pipe at my house, he phoned ahead to let me know he was 15mins away. On arrival i explained the problem and he set to working on the leak straight away. He was clean and tidy in his work and kept my constantly updated on the progress, leak was fixed expediantly and he ensured the floorboards were made good and the carpet returned to its position on the room threshold. Fantastic job and curteous service throughout, 5 star.

I wish I read the reviews before using Plumbcare. £100 charge for diagnostic which only took the engineer 10 mins. Took a whole week to order parts. When engineer came to fit realised the bushing and syphon hose wasn’t the problem it was the condensate trap. So the diagnostic was wrong in the first place. If the engineer used the full hour to diagnose this would have been flagged. Fitted the parts and told me the boiler will leak again in the future but we have fixed the problem. That the condensate trap was a secondary issue found when the engineer attempted to fit the parts. It was not diagnosed in the first case properly. Customer service was terrible. Mostly unprofessional when I pointed this out engineer began saying thank you and please. Wanted me to sign a disclaimer form because to fix the leak he had to run one of the pipes out of the wall so it would leak outside - but as it’s not a proper fix I will have to call another engineer to fix. Sorry fixing a problem and creating another problem is not fixing the problem. Very stressful dealing with this company I would not recommend. Charged me £237 to fit parts that were not faulty and did not cause the leak. The fact the engineer cleaned the condensate trap is what temporarily stopped the leak. The engineer was on phone to a more experienced engineer I overheard him say “I don’t have that (tool) to do the job”. Big fail from Plumbcare don’t use this company I was a private customer not through insurance I will be emailing a complaint. No paper work was given upon completion of the job. Wasted money with this company. If your in Wakefield area don’t use this company. I was told multiple times they will ring me back never got a call. £337 and I still got a leak!

As many previous reviews, the problem was "fixed" for the short time frame the plumber was here but then became a problem again 24 hours later so clearly not a thorough job. Then it's £99 to get someone back.

Terrible customer service. Just want your money with no assurance or aftercare. Get a good local plumber instead. Wish I had

Excellent work carried out by Michael who attended to a leak under my sink,valve replaced & checked for no further leaks, problem resolved. I had an excellent experience with an engineer that came out today for my property to deal with my ongoing issues he was called Jordan Jackson. All the issues were resolved effectively efficiently and on time everything was explained to me thoroughly during the process. I understood everything as everything was going on excellent customer service skills Was very friendly and did more than expected. Cleaned up after himself as well. He left my property, resolving all issues, and he double checked everything to make sure there’s no leaks remaining. I was a very happy customer today excellent service very professional. Thank you
