Recently used Plumbcare to have my old kitchen sink, tap and wastes removed and replaced with a new Rangemaster sink kit and tap I'd purchased from VictorianPlumbing.com. Jordan Jackson and Matthew Crowther did the work for me, they did a lovely tidy job with all completed just under two hours. Very happy and will certainly be using Plumbcare in future.

Jordan and Matthew came out to fix a leak at our property. Very polite, tidy, went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended.

Jordan and Matthew did a great job today replacing my isolated and dial. They did the job quickly and professionally and sorted out parts that I needed, fetched them and keep me updated with what they were doing. They went over and above to help me and also sorted out my tap that was loose and need a part adding to it from a previous job. If I have any other pluming/heating issued I would recommend Jordan and Matthew from Plumbcare to fix it.

Had Jordan Jackson come to look at my issue, he was efficient in identifying the issue quickly and providing a quick resolution which solved the issue.

Excellent professional and prompt service

My experience with Plumbcare has been first class, from telephone contact thru’ to completion of the work all in a matter of hours. I had a blocked toilet , Jordan the plumber did I very professional job sorted the unpleasant job out without complaint thoroughly checked for leaks, and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumbcare and especially Jordan who I understand comes from a family of plumbers, a credit to Plumbcare and his family.

My emergency home care policy insurers instructed Plumbcare to provide a plumber , namely Jordan, to attend to repair a leak to my bath waste pipe. Jordan repaired the leak and cleared a blocked down pipe as well. What a gentleman, he provided a top class service and was very knowledgeable in explaining the issues we had. You have an excellent employee within your company, make sure you look after Jordan!

Was put in contact with Plumbcare through my insurance as I had a leak underneath my bathroom that was coming through the ceiling downstairs. Didn’t catch the engineer’s name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the issue sorted in no time despite it being after his finish time. Would definitely use plumbcare again in the future.

Jordan & Liam came out today after contacting my home emergency through my bank. I had a leak which had spilled into my bedroom and was coming through my living room ceiling. I told them about my partners asthma and they quickly found the leak and fixed the issue. Nothing was too much for them both and they did everything with a smile - would recommend ⭐️

Shaun/Sean Davis our call out engineer was excellent in resolving our plumbing problem, - HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nice guy, should be a teacher as very good explaining to customers the problems, definitely knew his stuff 10/10
