The engineer who attended did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and left the premises tidy. I have used this company for some years and have had a number of different engineers and they have all been excellent.

This is the second or third time I have used Plumberoo. They are consistently fantastic. I had an issue with my boiler not working and with the cold snap needed someone urgently. I called at 7.30 this morning and by 7.45 I had an appointment booked for 11. The plumber (I've sadly forgotten his name) was prompt and courteous. He got to work straight away and rapidly diagnosed the problem. He then fixed it with minimum fuss. Very knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff. I've just received a detailed invoice and it is well below other companies that I have used in the past would charge. I can't recommend Plumberoo more highly. Great company and great staff.

On time, professional and reasonable pricing. They actually text you prior to let you know they are 10min away. Highly recommend.

We had a leak in our sink which plumberoo were able to come out and fix at short notice (the next day). The plumber was able to fix this quickly and we're happy with the work done.

The bad points are that considering the service is quite pricey, they could be more clear about costs and rates up front. This is partly why we held off on asking for a full fix of the problem there and then.

When we received the invoice, it had comments from the plumber in it that seemed like they weren't meant for us, were about us and were quite rude and unnecessary, which I wouldn't have expected to see on an invoice sent to me. We'll be looking for someone else to do the rest of the work.

Contacted Plumberoo in the morning and they sent someone over to fix blockages that day. Ben arrived in the designated time slot and did an amazing job!

We had some urgency for fixing a drain blockage.
They were the only company to offer a defined appointment, although for the next day.
Dustin arrived well within the slot and, with perseverance, resolved the issue in about two hours. Dustin also investigated and explained us the status of the drain pipes.
The service has been good: friendly and effective although pricey.

I've contacted the team at Plumberoo three times so far and will definitely do it in the future if needed. The team is very responsive and attentive to detail. Even though different people were attending the jobs, the service they have provided was reliable and consistent. All in one, I can only recommend this team.

Rang up because of a carbon monoxide alarm. It went off, I called the emergency gas helpline and they sent someone who capped the gas, and recommended a visit by a gas engineer to do a full test and check. So I found Plumberoo on the gas safety register and rang up. They confirmed we were safe overnight, and sent a link to book in for the morning. Then called at 8:30am to book in for between 10am and 1pm. At 9:55am I had a text letting me know they were about 5 mins out, and 10 mins later they were here! Excellent communication. Spent the time needed to try to solve why the alarm went off, as it was not immediately obvious. Ended up taking off the boiler cover and finding some CO leakage within, so they went to get and replace the necessary parts. Did plenty of tests and readings to ensure we were in the safe range. And sent a detailed explanation of what was done in the invoice. £120/hr rate, but better service than I've had for less £ in the past - so happy to have peace of mind, good comms, and a nice safe kitchen!
