If I could put 0 I would. Where do I start. We bought a macerator which wasn't going to fit our job, so tried to send it back. Tried to call someone and took weeks to get an answer, I left messages, wrote emails and even filled in the online form. No one gets back to you. They are shocking. Then I finally reached a guy who said send it back to the address on the box so I paid £10 to send back. Royal mail couldn't deliver as no one is ever there and is probably a fake address. So we are owed £295 that we want refunded but can't get hold of anyone and can't get anywhere. Avoid at all costs. Going to report them to the consumer service. Awful scamming company. Let's hope they go bust and do everyone a favour.

My unbranded 'saniwaste' product purchased from plumbstoredirect has failed after a year. Interestingly they promise 10 year warranty on the web page but I now see this is an obvious sales tactic to grab your money.
When they do actually answer the number on the website - just 2 times out of the 15 times I've called - they are not only rude, tell you 'this is the sales line' but then just bat you off by saying warranties are dealt with by another department that you need to email and can expect a response within 24 hours. My first email was sent 6 days ago, so that tells you everything!

Even better - one guy said that if you send a follow up email then your case just resets the 24 hour response period.

Obviously all a scam, utterly rubbish customer support and by all accounts rubbish macerators too - do not be fooled by the sticker on the unit which says Saniwaste. The unit itself if non branded so is obviously just a cheap rip off.

For all these reasons I would highly recommend avoiding buying anything from plumbstoredirect which is also plumbstoredirect dot com (redirected)

Realised after ordering that I'd ordered an incorrect macerator. Called five times (no one answered) and emailed twice to attempt to cancel the order. Had no response at all and the item arrived.
Had to pay £22 to return it and then waiting waiting waiting for a refund.
Called a few times and then got lucky with someone answering the phone, only to be told the refunds been processed but waiting waiting waiting again.
It may well be a reputable company however the customer service, help and assistance is absolutely non existent.

After purchasing a macerator from Plumbstore I expected next day delivery - or at the very least a message from them to tell me when the item would arrive. I have heard nothing from them after four solidad days of leaving phone messages and writing e-mails. I was actually able to speak to someone who claimed to work for them on a separate mobile number, but he was extremely rude and hung up on me - not before telling me to never call on the number (which is on the purchase order) again. I would avoid them at all costs.

Have ordered multiple times from Plumbstore direct mainly macerators also recommended many customers to order from here as the macerators are a fair bit cheaper than other main brands like SANIFLO.
Purchased abd installed a macerator less than a year ago that has stopped working after eventually getting a response I was told to remove unit disinfect and ship back to Plumbstore direct to inspect.
Never had any other company ask this with a faulty product especially one that states no returns due to the nature of the appliance.
So I will remove next week disinfect and send off to which im sure they will come up with another excuse or action to take before a refund or replacement is given

Avoid this seller. These are sub-standard aftermarket Saniflo products, barely cheaper than buying direct, and the warranty is meaningless when the product fails.

Ordered a saniflo in October. Sent cheaper Ovington macerator which has now broken, leaving our disabled daughter without a working toilet. Company has not answered calls or emails. Looking at the siilar reviews here, I am now contacting trading standards.

AVOID. AVOID AND AVOID AT ALL COST. No customer SERVICE. REPLICA PRODUCT. Had to get a refund via bank because of their nonsense. Do not touch with a barge pole. The have sani flo written everywhere but not a single sani flo product. Like many I bought it thinking its sani flo then stuck with a sub par product. These products are sub par. VERY NOISY AND JAMS CONSTANTLY.

If you’re lucky enough to read these reviews before purchasing a saniwaste DONT DO IT. complete and utter junk, I didn’t even attempt to fit as it’s such poor quality. I was lucky and got a refund

Bought a slim pro macerater in June 2024. 1st issue. I thought I was buying a Saniflo product (I mean, the Saniflo logo is right on the page). Turns out it was an alternative Saniwaste product. This was obviously mis-sold, and at what I'd consider a premium price point. However, plumber booked and it was installed (my mistake, I should have returned). However, it has a 5 year guarantee, so I thought worse comes to the worse, I'm covered. Everything professionally installed and into a toilet that is infrequently used. 2nd issue. The power blew in my house, all electrics off. Had an electrician and then a plumber in who basically identified the macerater as the issue (now the faulty macerater completely disconnected, electrics all working). 3rd. There's an obvious issue so the guarantee should kick in. Ah!!! Only useful if anyone actually answers the phone or responds to the 4 emails I have sent. In my opinion they mis-sell inferior products and premium prices, there is no after sales and therefore the guarantee is pointless. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY

We bought a macerator for our downstairs toilet. After a out 12 months or so our electrics kept tripping out and this unit was the cause. As soon as it was plugged in the electrics tripped it didn't need to be flushed. The unit had a five year guarantee . I emailed plumbstore direct 28Jan, 3 and 9 Feb and my wife also emailed twice and we have never received a reply. We both called them direct and both told somebody would call us back later the same day but nobody did. Eventually I got hold of somebody a few days later who asked that the guarantee would only be valid if we could prove it had been serviced!!! How do you service a macerator? Are you supposed to dismantle it when it is working? I guess then the guarantee would be invalid because it had been taken apart. I was told I would have to return it at my cost for them to assess whether it had been serviced. Sorry for the lengthy comments but I thought the background was important. My experience is that their after sales support is extremely poor probably non existent and the guarantee is not worth anything

Like many on here, I also ordered a pump which failed. No communication from the supplier, I emailed manufacturer who informed me it was not one of there products. It's a scam. Avoid.

Dreadful company. Macerator broke down after 2 months. Bought on 31st August. Contacted the company and they said, send in an email and we will start the warranty process ( supposed to be 5 years as promised at point of sale). Sent email. Heard nothing. Rang up a few days later. Oh, the email went into spam!!! We'll sort it now. That's the last I heard.I have had to buy another unit from a different firm. The macerator is for my 99 year old mother which I explained to the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY SELL PRODUCTS WITH NO BACK UP OR WARRANTY.

Inferior macerator. Took a long time delivering, sent no paperwork, promise 3 year warranty, macerator failed within 10 months, does not answer calls or emails.

Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing what an absolute joke this ‘company is’. Hopefully this saves someone else getting scammed. You may receive something but it won’t be what you ordered it will be a cheap replica.
The company dissolved in September but they’ll tell you that isn’t them(lying) they don’t like knowing your bank is involved in the refund process. Saniflo dont even sell to these jokers. What a pathetic way to make money by scamming people absolute scumbags.

Bought what a believed to be a sani flo (sanislim) last September, this has now stopped working for the past 4 weeks i have been calling and emailing and getting absolutely no where
Spoke to different people then started to take names, spoke to a shaun twice then a natalie who said they would get after sales team to call me, they never have i have emailed in 3 times also
