The follow up and up to date notifications kept me aware of status. I found Plum very professional from start to finish and Jacob the tech on the day was very polite and had a good product knowledge. I had an addition made to my ducted AC today. A wi-fi control unit. From the moment I booked the appointment to the fitting it was a terrific experience the staff have been most helpful. Josh phoned ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He was polite, knowledgeable, set up the system and answered any questions with ease. Highly recommend

Had a problem with our ducted heating,called Plum Service on Friday and the earlier booking was on the following Monday,which was good. About 30 minutes later got a phone call saying they would be able to come the same day (Friday)wd were very happy with that. Our Technician was Jim,very good at his job,on time and good customer service.

Smooth heating change over
Heating system change over went very smoothly. Installers did forget to relight hot water after gas turned off for heater install, but very professional and easy to work with.

Plum have been servicing our evaporative cooling system for a few years now. They have great customer service and the technicians are extremely friendly and helpful. This year we had Joshua come and service our unit. Josh took the time to explain the service, condition of our unit and also answered some additional questions I had. After the service Plum provided a full report which I also found really valuable. Definitely recommend Plum to friends and family.
