Great Customer Service
We purchased our trampoline after reading many different reviews online. The product arrived quickly and was relatively easy to set up. One of the trampoline legs was damaged and customer supprt was very easy to contact and got back to us quickly with the replacement part. We hope the trampoline lasts awhile, but the quality of the spring cover feels like a cheap tarpouline that will get sun damaged.

Appalling customer experience manager
Ordered a playhouse which arrived with a damaged main panel.
Plum play sent out a replacement - which arrived damaged in the same place as the first
Plum play sent out a second replacement - which arrived damaged in the same place.
Plum play sent out a third replacement - which also arrived damaged in the same place
Plum play sent out a forth replacement - which arrived undamaged but partially painted very poorly.
I did manage to take apart the damaged / defaced panels and make one whole panel in the end.
The service offered by front line staff was actually very good for the first 3 replacements however after these had all arrived damaged plum play escalated this to their customer experience manager.
This individual took several working days to respond to emails - after this had already been going on weeks. They tried to say the damaged item was fine when it would have clearly been dangerous. They ignored parts of the issue and only half responded to my emails. And eventually just tried to close the ticket and completely ignore the highlighted issues.
Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Beautifully made mud kitchen and excellent customer service
Beautifully made and sturdy mud kitchen. However one of the parts (perspex screen) arrived cracked. I contacted their customer service and got it quickly resolved with a replacement part sent out for delivery. Thank you Plum Play for a lovely product and great customer service!

Great customer service, and products are good quality.
Ordered a metal frame play set for my 3 years old son, had some issue with the delivery, the Customer Service from Plum were very helpful and came back to me promptly when they knew the delay issue.
They helped me to arrange the refund and cancellation with Selfridges, and keep my updated until the issue sorted.
Order it from PLUM UK website, they dispatched directly very quick, DO NOT order from Selfridges, that may take over 1 week to process the order.
Great PLUM customer service, and products are good quality.

Be wary when ordering
Be wary when ordering. Made the mistake of getting a slide that was the wrong size, now if I return through the company, it will cost over half of what it cost me for the slide and to have it delivered. I paid 14.99 for delivery and now I'll have to pay more than double to return it through their chosen company if I can't find a delivery company of my own.

Fantastic trampoline for young children — great fun and excellent customer service
We recently purchased the 8ft Spring Safe Trampoline and it’s been a huge hit with our children (ages 3 and 6). The size is perfect for our garden, and the safety features give us peace of mind while they bounce, giggle, and burn off energy. It’s sturdy, well-designed, and clearly built with little ones in mind.
Although we paid for next-day delivery, there was a slight delay due to a warehouse issue. Thankfully, a quick call to customer service sorted everything out smoothly — they were friendly, efficient, and refunded the delivery charge without fuss.
Overall, we’re really pleased. The trampoline has quickly become a favourite in our home, and the kids absolutely love it. A great investment in outdoor fun and active play!
