This was big investment between myself…

This was big investment between myself and my daughter for her two sons. Both have additional needs. I ordered on line on the Sunday. At first I sent the wrong house number. I emailed later to explain this. My email was picked up straight away. My mistake was quickly rectified by Kaya. The order came to our surprise the following day. It was packaged really well. We are going to get some help to put it up as its a large piece of outdoor play setup. I can't wait for the boys to be able to use it. Great customer service.

Great customer service

The double swing arrived very quickly but, unfortunately, a couple of parts were missing from the package. This may have happened in transit as the box with the smaller parts was damaged on delivery.
However, Plum Play sent replacement parts very quickly so I am a happy bunny and the grandchildren will be even happier!

Got a response quickly about a bike/scooter replacement part, for a bike that we purchased ~3 years ago. It is great to be able to fix it and our kids will be happy when it works again.

a good quality product let down be lack of thought and poor after sales service.

The quality of the swing set is very good, this is the second we have had from Plum Play. Assembly is relatively simple for two people however the set I ordered was supposed to be for 3 years upwards.
However the set came with 2 swings that are not adjustable and therefore too high off the ground for my 5 year old grandson to use without being lifted on and he is not a small child. How a 3 year old is supposed to use the set is beyond me.
The older swing I bought had an adjustable seat height and even in the email I was sent for the review it shows that both swings are adjustable. In fact on the web site the adjustable swing seats are cheaper then the fixed ones.
I contacted customer services for support I was told I could return it which meant disassembly another 3 hours and I would have to pay almost £60 to have it collected, plus it had ben assembled so would not go back in the original packaging. I asked for a discount on an adjustable seat and was offered 10% which is a joke therefore I bought an adjustable one for half the price on Amazon.
Basically a good quality product let down be lack of design thought and poor after sales service.

Great Addition to Our Garden…

The trampoline arrived quickly and was easy enough to build with the help of my husband. It is sturdy and a perfect height (was contemplating ordering a separate ladder but glad I didn’t as it is not necessary). Very happy with my purchase and would buy from Plumplay again!

DO NOT ORDER!!!

This is a scam in my experience, I ordered a trampoline.

I contacted plum when they had claimed it has been delivered. The delivery driver had also falsely signed for it.

Contact plum and they couldn’t care less saying someone has stole it, and it has been delivered.

They told me to get a crime number before they could take it step further.

I have been to police twice and they have informed me this is not a criminal matter.

I would recommend you try a more reputable Buisness that’s has customer values .

This has been going on for months now.

Order not dispatched on time

I had an issue where my order hadn't been dispatched. After calling up to find out why I was helped & the issue rectified. I was also given a complimentary refund of delivery cost which I was thankful for.
There shouldn't have been an issue in the first place & if I hadn't rung up then I might still be waiting but I'm impressed with the resolution and the way the matter was handled.

Refusing to collect and refund

Ordered a slide via Argos. It was delivered faulty which has been acknowledged by Plum Play yet after many weeks they still refuse to collect it. They offered to send a new one which we refused we just want a refund as is our right for faulty products. It makes no sense as they would have collected it if we accepted a replacement but refuse a refund. I'm still trying to get Argos to sort out as I paid them and Plum is their 3rd party supplier. I would not order from this company again.

Great product and service

We bought a trampoline and a swing and slide set from them. Good quality. The swing and slide set with a climbing frame looks really sturdy and kids love it. The net from the trampoline ripped slightly so, I emailed their customer service and they were prompt to respond to my email and sent me a replacement net straight away. I could not fault them at all. Very good product and very good customer service.

I bought a swing set about 2 years ago…

I bought a swing set about 2 years ago but couldn't install the product as the house move hadn't gone as planned, now when I tried installing the swing set I realised they haven't delivered one side frame, when I contacted them they are charging more than half of the whole swing set cost plus delivery. Very disappointed.

I don't need this stress

My husband ordered a swing/slide set off plumPlay for my little boy.
The set arrived midweek so we put it into the garage until the Saturday morning when my husband was ready to put this up. When we opened the box there was no fittings and no Instructions included so I attempted to contact plumb however they were closed over the weekend .
Monday morning I contact Plumb and spoke to a really helpful agent explained my situation and she apologised and reasured me that they would send out the correct parts which we would recieve in a couple of days.
The courier arrived on the Wednesday and delivered us 1 box of wood no instructions or fittings included .
Obviously unhappy I told Plumb I don't need this stress and that I Just want my money refunded. I was promised the
Unusable swing set would be collected by courier on wednesday however no-one turned up or had the courtesy of contacting us . I had to chase Plumb again on Thursday morning and I was
reasured it would be collected today.
No-one has turned up again no
communication or nothing ! The company Plumb itself have been lovely
to speak to ( I understand mistakes
sometimes happen) but this is
ridiculous . I Just want this unusable equipment removed from my garage and a product refund! The courier let's this company down they don't even communicate with the customer
