Our boiler broke on Thursday morning and we got it seen and shut off the same day, then replaced on the Saturday.

James was really knowledgeable and diagnosed it quickly, advising on the next steps.

Luke and Craig fitted it on the Saturday. Both really nice guys and explained everything very clearly, advising us on both how to take care of it as well as tactics for keeping our bills down in the long run!

James, Luke and Andy were not only highly professional, expert in their explanation, neat and tidy, but did not mind the complications of a positively antediluvian piping system and cistern or the ancient boiler. The replacements and substitutions were installed with a great attention to detail, securing the modern arrangements that work with reliability and greater efficiency. Their readiness to listen and to take care of our particular preferences

Replaced a toilet cistern and a shower unit earlier in the year, so had no problems with using them again for installing a new vanity unit.
When I approached them about the toilet and shower unit, they turned up when they said they would, and the work has been done to a high standard. Again, with the vanity unit, a high standard of work has been completed.

Harry was excellent and fixed my toilet very quickly. He explained clearly what the issue was — the flush mechanism had stopped working and the water kept running — and got it sorted without wasting any time. Great work, and I’d highly recommend him!
