This Plunge Chill product was great. Very easy to put together also seem to be made with good quality materials. My favorite part was the size. Im not the smallest guy but I had plenty of room in it both in width and height. The Chill part of then name was very much lived up to. It kept the water very cold . I loved this product and I believe anyone else that purchases this will have their expectations exceeded

Really loving my new cold plunge by Plunge Chill!! It's a great size, I can stretch my legs out straight, and the water comes up to my shoulders perfectly. (I am 5'8" tall.)
The added water pillow is a great addition if you don't want to submerge all the way to your shoulders.
I've noticed after just thirty days of plunging that it's already much easier to handle and is something I actually look forward to now every morning. Happy to boost my immunity and transition me into the cold months with cold water therapy.
I started out with the water a bit warmer and have worked up to the colder temps and longer soaks. I have heard this is the best way for women to start and I'm glad I read up on the subject first instead of "torturing myself" as they say with super cold temps immediately. It's worked out great and I now recommend it to everyone!! It even knocked a headache right out of my head twice now and I'm excited to continue for so many reasons.
