I bought the service through wizzair website.
At the beginning I tried to call the number but no one answered, the only time someone answered hung up on me without speaking. So i tried to contact them through email for help and they told me that they would gave me the the time and to wait but i didnt get any real answer. I continued to call and after a lot of times, they finally answer and told me to call the morning of the day before the flight (that was scheduled at 6.10 am) because they said they organize daily. The day after i tried to call again (as they told me) and they yelled to call on the afternoon. So I tried in the afternoon too. But to my surprise, they told me that they don't offer the service anymore and to ask for the refund. And this happens at less than 16 hours from the flight. They could have told me that they don't do the service after I called the first time instead of make me waste time trying contact them several times. I am disappointed and speechless by the squalidity of the service and the fact that they have waited so long to say they no longer do the service. During all this process i even continue try to contact them through email but without receiving any real help, at the end they told me to write on a specific website to get a refund but its already more than a month of waiting and no one answered me.

The customer care does not exist.
Unfortunately I came across them when I decided to add a travel to/from airport when I was buying a Ryanair ticket.
Basically, you are paying using the Ryanair website, but you do not know the company they are using for your transfer until you receive an email from this Plus Air Solutions that is a Hungarian company.
At this point, pray that everything is fine, because, if you need to contact their customer care, it is like saying "you have lost your money".
To recap, avoid at all cost to add transfers/rental cars/hotels from Ryanair website or you may loose your money due to a Hungarian company.
