What went wrong ? Everything went wrong. I ask for a return address and was told I could not return the watch because I had set it up. I did not set up the watch because I can’t see the face of of the watch clearly due to my vision problems. I ask several times for the return address but each time I was told a different story as to why I could not return it. I am now stuck with a$115.00 watch that lays here on my table . I have no use for it at all

The ekg part of this watch is important to my Mom and it is accurate and easy to use. The customer service promptly answered all our questions. The quality of the watch is excellent.

The watch functions are working very well. I purchased it for the ECG function. The tracings are excellent, and the interpretation is accurate. The slim rectangular shape is attractive and comfortable. I really like the watch. Customer service was very helpful when I ordered the larger size watch and requested to switch to the slim size.

What went wrong? Everything! From the watch not working to the immoral way their "Customer Service" team handled my return request. I sent an email requesting a return authorization per their website instructions. I got automated emails back 4 times telling me to wear the watch for a few days and see if I changed my mind. I finally used the term "litigation" and got a different automated email back saying that since the watch had been opened, it couldn't be returned. DON'T DO IT! There are so many other watches out there that are from reputable companies.

After purchasing this watch it I tried unsuccessfully to return it. So I decided since I had to keep it I would wear. It was difficult to get instructions to get the correct app to pair with my iphone. Once I got the correct app it paired easily. The bracelet was too big and they did send me instructions on how to remove links. I am now wearing it and will see how it works. I would suggest better instructions for this watch!

I am so pleased with my purchase of this poplar watch the quality is great. I had a valve replacement and a Pacemaker so the tracking this watch does is important to me. I highly recommend this Poalar watch PH588.

I love this watch! It has an ultra bright screen and large numbers. You can change the screen layout. Heart rate, blood pressure, uric acid readings, this bad boy does it all.

I was very pleased with the timeliness of delivery and the product was very attractive and has so far, preformed very well.

Watch was totally inaccurate. Glucose didn't rise and was way off compared to monitor. Had back and forth with support and requested a refund and authorization to ship back and they haven't complied despite their written policy for 30 day return. Don't buy from or deal with this company!

I purchased 2 watches last July and the company has been very professional and caring. They stood by their product and did what was more than necessary to assist us.

Originally, this was a very negative review based on my experience with the customer service. Eventually though, after many emails going back and forth, the issue was resolved, This is why I have now given a 4-star review.

Watch got here fast,,linked right up with app,,,when I back check it with my bp cup or O2 meter it is spot on

My watch has been reliable for the purposes I use it (track sleep, blood pressure, and steps). Only thing that's annoying is that the watch face I set doesn't stay: it changes on its own every few hours. Customer service is extremely responsive to my emails requesting help. They also granted me a refund when I accidentally purchased the wrong accessories for my watch and didn't require that I return the products I didn't need. So far so good with this watch. I don't feel scammed like the other reviews are saying.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this page before buying it. I received the watch and decided it wasn't what I wanted. I e-mailed them
(No phone number shame on me) for instructions on how to send it back. All I received were three responses trying to talk me out of returning it and then one e-mail telling me to send pictures and a video verifying the condition of the watch to which I did and so far not a word back from them. This is scam and I'm on my way to my credit union to see if I can get my money back..

The worst experience ever. I have a watch that does not work and for the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to get a refund via email and they keep sending me the exact same email daily but will not give me the address to return the watch. They are trying to stall until the 30 day. They dont have a customer service number. Do not purchase from them.

This company is a total scam! Do not buy anything from them! They will send you some random watch, and when you try to return it, they won’t give you the address. In the meantime, they already have your money.I can’t believe I fell for it, but I did. Stay away from this fake company!

This company is a complete scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a $264 watch and it worked 4 days then I got all kinds of errors. Their return policy states that as long as it's within 30 days the item can be returned. Not True. The item shipped from New Jersey and arrived 5 days after I ordered it so I had no inclination it was a chinese based company. When I tried to return, you have to email videos to customer support. I did and they wanted me to work with their developers to troubleshoot the error issues. I said no, I bought this for health concerns and I no longer trust the integrity of the watch, please send me return instructions. Then they wanted to ship a replacement watch, I told them the same thing. Then they stopped responding to emails. I reported them to PayPal and then they finally sent me the return instructions, in Chinese. I couldn't even read the address to attempt to ship back. I reported this company to the BBC, the FTC, and Paypal. They returned my money after a month of fighting them about it. The scammy part is their website gives no inclination that returns would be such a hassle and I know had I not paid through paypal I would have been out that money.
