Ordered a replacement after my bag got stolen and it got 'lost in the mail'

I've been trying to contact the company for 3 months with no success. Ridiculous.

I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation if I had just read a few reviews first. Customer service is nonexistent, and the quality and colors are nothing like what’s shown on the website. Identical items can be found elsewhere. Stay away from this company.

They fake being an Australian brand/shop but all the products are from China and it takes ages to arrive despite promising fast shipping.

The products are exactly what they are claiming not to be - extremely cheaply made. Looks used, scratches all over.

PayPal immediately sent me my money back after complaining. Normally it takes a while for the case to be decided - here I got it back instantly. Seems like it’s a known issue with the shop.

Shipping slow despite paying for express shipping. Customer service non existent. Email bounced back, no reply via contact form on their website and phone number disconnected. Ordered same product on Amazon for a fifth of the price and it arrived next day. Would not recommend this business.

Don’t waste your money with this product. It is the worst pill holder I have used, I had such high expectations. Absolutely scam of a company

Slow shipping. Quality of the product for the price is very poor. The hinge broke on the XL when I first opened it.

Tried contacting the email listed on their website and order email but it gets rejected saying invalid. No response from their website contact form either.

Scam, the product is really cheap quality and their support email doesn’t exist so you can’t arrange returns.

No customer service email?? All possible ways of contacting them do not work, colour arrived very different to images and tried to send a message. Their email address doesn’t seem to exist and bounces back, if you instagram message they send an autoreply to message on their email instead. If you use their contact us website form you get no response. HELP

I purchased 2x Pockt Pros and they both have scuff marks and are really poor quality, the seal lifts everytime you open the pill case or lift any of the pill compartments. Very poor quality. Support email gets a bounce back and messaging on social media has got me nowhere either.

I received my order (2 x Pockt Pro), and after opening them I noticed that both units have scratches or scuff marks. One of them also appears to have a burn mark on the opening clip. I have attempted to email their email address provided on their website however, I receive a bounce back stating that their mailbox either couldn’t receive mail or the address couldn’t be found. There is no contact number on their website and messaging their socials gets you nowhere.

Received these and they are both dirty and scratched. Also took ages to arrive. Do not buy

TERRIBLE. Product received was faulty, inaccessible for those with joint pain in fingers, service is not up to consumer standards. PLEASE PURCHASE VIA PAYPAL TO ENSURE REFUND, or just buy something similar for a fraction of the price and save yourself the wasted energy.

Sent me a faulty product and are refusing to refund me. They are trying to make me pay return shipping costs to China even though they advertise as an Australian business

Places and order Aug 30th, package was unable to be delivered, tracking said being held at warehouse, no way to get in touch with the shipping company, phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails. Contacted Pockt, they offered a replacement, same thing despite the fact that I sat outside waiting for the package. Will be attempting to get a refund, but from what I'm hearing it won't be likely. Will update once something happens

I love these Pockt Pals. I have just gone and bought another two, this time I’ve gone for Pockt Pro. It’s so useful to have somewhere to keep my various emergency pills. Like paracetamol or seasickness pills, not things you need every day but you’d rather have them than not!!
Free delivery and it arrived quickly. The website is clear and easy to use.

SCAM! I’ve bought this over 6 months ago and unfortunately never received it.. Upon complaining and sending emails over and over again I got a couple of replies but no resolution at all. This is either the worst customer service ever or an absolute scam of a business.

You can buy the exact items from AliExpress for a few quid. Save yourself money.

The case itself is fine but I’m really disappointed the ‘Australian’ company is actually just drop shipping from China. If I’d known that before purchasing I would have just gotten the exact same product from a different drop shipper that are honest and cost 1/4 of the price.

Pockt Australia 🤔..... ships from China, 21 days wait for delivery!

Marketing tactics have shipping details in extremely small print at the base of their page. "All orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturer." Even smaller print, "Standard International Shipping: 5-15 business days"

Vergonzosa empresa (y envían todo desde China, por lo que de australiana… poco). Se compran 4 artículos y después de estar el envío más de 1 mes como “en tránsito”, se reclama el envío. No tienen ninguna información del paquete y deciden enviar otro. Facilitan un “track number” que ninguna empresa española reconoce, y tras 2 meses de espera, nada llega. Así llevamos 5 meses ya, les he reclamado la devolución del dinero y ya ni contestan por mail, una completa estafa.
