They send you the wrong size. Then they say you can donate the item, or get an 80% discount buying another item. There are no refunds because the item comes from an Asian country.

Twee broeken besteld. Conform maattabel. Klopt totaal niets van. Lengtematen kloppen totaal niet. Zitten er ruim 10 cm naast. 1 Broek krijg ik niet eens over mijn bovenbenen heen. Zo smal is hij, terwijl hij volgens de maattabel nog zelfs iets te groot zou moeten zijn.

Bericht gestuurd aan klantenservice. Ik ga hier niet voor betalen.

2xl besteld maar de maat lijkt wel een M. Thermo broek. Ook enorm dun. Antwoord van het bedrijf, labelmaten kunnen afwijken. Geen enkele poging vanuit het bedrijf om het op te lessen.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM ARTISTS!! These pants are garbage and their return policy is non existent! They ask you to purchase additional pants at an 80 percent discount if they send you the wrong ones- they tell you returning them to Asia ( which is where they must be returned to ) is expensive!! There are zero identifying tags on the pants, and they are absolute trash!!!! I ordered 3 pants of 3 different sizes as gifts for Christmas and there are ZERO tags in them!!! They don’t fit anyone and I can’t even tell the size of who they are for as there are no sizes!!! Then they have the nerve to tell you that they’re sorry they don’t fit and order more at an 80% discount?? I sent them emails explaining I can’t even order new ones since I don’t know what size they are. It appears they sent the wrong sizes because all three pants seem to be the same size and they look like children’s junkie pants. There is zero quality they are not as advertised!!! I will be reporting this company to everyone I can, they lie and say that their returns are easy, they are not, and they won’t refund your money!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Willen deze terug sturen ,na veel mails te sturen krijg ik een antwoord in Engels en willen ze dat ik een nieuwe bestelling doe met 80% minder te betalen! Is al opzettelijk.
Koop niet op deze site!!! Oplichterij!!!

Nu antwoord ze dat ze een retour adres gaan door geven! Na vele e-mails te sturen nog geen juist antwoord of retour adres gekregen! En terug sturen naar Azië!! Wat gaat me dat kosten!
Ze houden alleen de mensen aan het lijntje😡😡😡

Do not purchase the Polar Pants from Polar Supply. They are worthless and a complete rip off. I purchased a pair of Polar Pants recently to wear for lounging around the condo on a recent ski trip. I only wore them twice for a couple of hours each evening before bed. The third time I put them on I noticed that they had come apart at the front seam. I contacted Polar Supply and informed them that my Polar Pants were defective and requested a replacement pair. Polar Supply refused to replace the defective pants and told me that all sales are final and irreplaceable after the Polar Pants are taken out of the original package and worn for the first time.

Normaal heb ik qua broeken maat 32/34, dus had nu een XS en S besteld, even kijken welke het beste zou zitten. Beide maten zitten echt niet goed, te strak en te hoog. Gevoel dat je elk moment "uit kan scheuren". Nu bij de vraag om het te retourneren, blijkt het uit Azië weg te komen, waardoor de retourkosten waarschijnlijk zeer hoog zullen uitvallen. Optie die ik aangeboden kreeg is om voor 80% korting een nieuwe broek te bestellen, terwijl deze maten waarschijnlijk ook niet zullen passen. Echt belachelijk! Dus let op bij bestellen, dat je zomaar je geld kwijt kan zijn en een miskoop rijker.

Broek gekocht aan €39,99. Tevreden van de aankoop, maar staat identiek bij Temu te koop aan €13. Was ook verpakt in de typische plastiek zoals Temu en AliExpress gebruiken. Ik vrees dat ik in de val van shipdropping ben getrapt.

Handschoenen besteld omdat deze goed tegen de koude zouden zijn. Wel na een paar dagen in de koude zijn deze helemaal niet wat word beschreven. Vingertoppen zijn alsnog ijskoud....

Ordered Polar supply pants for 39.99 on December 28th. Not received until January 10Th. cheap light pants no tags. A small tag in chinese in a plastic bag that had tears. No receipt or invoice. Product is not only cheap but clearly appears used. emailed company about refund and return with no reply. No phone #
Filing a complaint with credit card company and Attorney generals office. This is a bogus company/scam!!! Do not order from them…
Reply says they have not received an email from me. I’ve emailed three ties and just this moment replied to their latest email stating the product was defective and they will send a replacement-website states they are refundable. I don’t want a replacement-want full refund. Wish I could upload pictures and emails as evidence. Do not use this company

Handschoenen besteld, gezien op Facebook, man, wat valt dat tegen. Slechte kwaliteit, houdt je vingers in elk geval niet warm. Stel je voor dat je deze meeneemt naar het Noorden…. Polar supply, pure misleiding en oplichterij. Producten komen uit china, terugsturen kost je meer dan je oorspronkelijke aankoop.

Ik wil iets retour sturen, maar krijg het retour adres niet eens, ik vind de kwaliteit waardeloos

The product is one that would come from Temu. Very cheaply made- fabric is awful (polar pants). The fit is also terrible, they hang way down- making it so that you would rip the pants if you tried walking in them. Customer service is not great either as they are in no help of resolving issues aside from encouraging you to pay more money for more bad products or you have to pay to ship the items back to Japan. DO NOT ORDER from here.

Ordered a pair of the black fleece lined polar pants mid December and I haven't heard from them nor have they replied back to my email. No phone number to contact them. I double checked my email and confirmed the order went through. Went on the website to do a search using my confirmation number. The results said, no order found. I think I got scammed. Contacting my bank today.

Op 18 december de fleece gevoerde broek van Polarsupply gekocht, en inmiddels al op 5 verschillende plekken gescheurd. Heb dit product besteld na lezen van de positieve reacties op Facebook, ik weet nu wel beter dat ik nooit meer iets koop hier! Vergoeding voor mijn geval is hier ook al niet regelbaar.

2 broeken besteld, de site geeft aan 1 maat groter ivm lengte dus 1 broek 1 maat groter en een 2e broek voor de zekerheid 2 maten groter besteld. Beide broeken passen niet en de kwaliteit is treurig. Retourneren is duur en komt voor rekening van de klant. De enige oplossing die je geboden krijgt is 80% korting voor 2 nieuwe broeken die je dan moet bestellen. Dat is een duur geintje voor 2 broeken die je niet past en 2 nieuwe waarvan je dan maar moet afwachten of die passen en de kwaliteit ruk is. Als die ook niet passen, wat dan??? Nog meer kosten maken?? Belachelijk!

Gister 2 fleece gevoerde broeken ontvangen...L voor mezelf en 2XL voor mn vriend. De maten kloppen helemaal niet, L lijkt een kinderbroek.
Slechte prijs-kwaliteit, naden zijn alleen aan elkaar gelockt en slecht afgewerkt.
€60 wegegooid, want op eigen kosten retourneren naar China is geen optie en dan maar afwachten of het geld teruggestort wordt.
Ik voel me belazerd, ook omdat er op facebook onder de advertentie allemaal positieve reviews stonden.

Ik heb het product terug gestuurd en toch krijg ik een betaalverzoek van Klarna omdat mijn retourverzoek door jullie is afgewezen. Als antwoord op mijn mail hierover, wordt gezegd dat jullie mij hier niet mee kunnen helpen en ik dit bij Klarna moet melden. Klarna verwijst mij echter naar jullie. Graag zo spoedig mogelijk een oplossing!

I ordered on Dec 27th, 2024, and arrived on Jan 6th, 2025. Don't waste your time and money with this company. It's a complete scam store. The product is not as shown in the pictures, and the quality is pretty bad. They ship cheap products from China that you can buy from Temu, and the return policy requires the customer to ship them back to the Asian warehouse. So, if you don't like the quality or want to exchange it, the cost is on your own. I filed a credit card dispute because they want you to give an initial 20% discount and then increase it to 70% so you can keep it. But it is not worth it, and that's how they do business: fake description and offer discount later for you to keep it.
