Fantastic service from start to finish. We realised a couple of days after placing our order that we had under ordered and called to amend this. Unfortunately the order had already shipped but Gillian was extremely helpful in ensuring the additional items were processed as a priority and we received them less than 24 hours later. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Around 20 minutes after placing the order, Gillian called me to confirm all items were correct, advise on additional items that were needed for installation and also to give me preliminary delivery advice. Next day I got a second call to tell me order had been picked up and gave me the delivery time window and to ensure someone was going to be in. Quick delivery and service great. I needed to know a bit more details of timing of the delivery as I was going to a funeral. The Lady I spoke to on the phone said she would find monitor the delivery company updates for a time slot and get back to me which she did.
