Polycopy are a great company with lovely staff. Local to our school so fits in with our Eco School ethos. We have used this company for a while now and their service is second to none.
Rob and Andrew are great on Sales. Problem solvers and arrange next day delivery.
Graeme is a brilliant delivery driver. Always a smile and delivers to a room of our choice without question.

I would just like to say what a lovely…
I would just like to say what a lovely delivery driver we had today, Matt J. He was so polite, happy and nothing was too much trouble for him. He said he would put the paper in its designated place, and deliver the extra boxes to another part of the building to save us carrying the. Honestly it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Delivery drivers like Matt are hard to find.

Nigel, who handles our deliveries, is especially supportive—he always ensures the paper is stored away for us, which makes a big difference to our day-to-day operations. He is courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to know.

From ordering to delivering, all was fantastic. Rob was super efficient in responding to my order and arranging this. Delivery was next day.

Polycopy are always great, Rob always helps me with getting the best price for our stationary and furniture and our deliver man nigel is super helpful on drop off and puts our order where we actually need it not just at the door!

Excellent Support and Thoughtful Service from Polycopy
Our experience with Polycopy as our paper supplier has been consistently positive. The team is always welcoming, easy to deal with, and ready to help—no request ever seems like a burden. Their customer service is both dependable and personable, which really helps keep things running smoothly on a daily basis.
We’d also like to highlight Nigel, our delivery driver, who does a superb job. He consistently goes the extra mile to make sure deliveries are placed exactly where we need them and organised in a practical, accessible way. His care and attention make a noticeable difference, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work.
All in all, Polycopy is a wonderful company that clearly values its customers. We truly appreciate working with them and would gladly recommend their services.
