Polycopy Avis 

I have recently started using Polycopy and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Their response times are excellent - from the time is takes me to send over a request, to receiving a quote and then an order confirmation, to actually receiving the items - it feels like a blink of an eye! Andy's customer service is excellent - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great service - thank you.

Simon the delivery driver is our regular driver. Always friendly. Professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty.

No kerbside drop here, delivered straight to the supply cupboard and helps to empty pallet before removing all waste.

Plus we always get biscuits with the invoice. An all round good service.

The team at Polycopy are amazing, always so helpful. The quality of the good are fantastic. In a school it can be very hard to get all staff to be happy with a product, we have recently started using Polycopy's glue. This turned out to be a big hit with all of the staff! All of the products we have used have been amazing in quality and fantastic in pricing!

As a firm we always use Polycopy. When calling to make orders I am met with positivity, friendly and helpful staff (Andrew, Stephen and Graham). I made a big order late Wednesday evening and it was delivered Thursday afternoon. I was met with a new delivery guy (Matthew K) and have to say I was impressed by his professionalism and politeness and happy to put the various boxes where I needed them. Keep up the good work guys :)

For the last 3+ years I have had all requests met by Polycopy. My go to person is Graham Elliot, always there to support and provide the best solution possible. I can honestly say that Graham goes out of his way to provide an excellent service and his personal touch shines through. I really appreciate the regular contact with new price changes and check in for refreshing stock. There is no pressure of "how to" explain when discussing products with Graham and that is what I find so easy and puts me at ease when ordering, this is usually a last minute call from me but, alway a next day delivery from Polycopy. This is what Graham does, approachable and dependable.
Why would I need to go anywhere else?
