Pooch & Mutt Avis

My dog has been on Pooch and Mutt for a few years now. Unfortunately having a chicken allergy it’s made it quite hard trying to find recipes without any chicken protein however pooch and mutt has various options!

My girl absolutely loves pooch and mutts food! Shes 5 months old and is a firm lover!

We are so fussy been purchasing Pooch and mutt for years love everything started on the calming treats wow the best then just tried everything love all even our mini kibble thank you

We absolutely love Pooch & Mutt products. We’re part of the pooch pack and have received some great rewards these last few days. Cooper loves his new Teddy and really enjoys the treats!

The customer service at Pooch and Mutt is amazing, they're always there to offer help and advice on the correct product to suit my dog's needs. My order is packed well and dispatched quickly

My dog loves every range from Pooch & Mutt! I love the variety they offer and how their treats are made with our dogs’ wellbeing in mind. There’s something for every need, from digestion to dental care, and my pup is always excited for his next treat! Definitely one of our favourite brands!

We absolutely love Pooch & Mutt! 🧡🐾

The Primal kibble has become a firm favourite with my kids, and we use it as a high-value reward during training. The freeze-dried raw toppers are perfect for those extra special, BIG rewards when they’ve really earned them! 🐺✨

One of the things I love most about Pooch & Mutt is the focus on natural ingredients and knowing exactly what I’m feeding my dogs. I want to give them the best, and having a brand I feel confident choosing for my three is so important to me.

They’re clearly very happy with their choices too — as soon as the Pooch & Mutt box arrives, they know exactly what they’re looking for! 😂📦

It’s lovely finding products that work so well for everyday training, rewarding good behaviour and keeping my three very happy. We’ll definitely be sticking with our Pooch & Mutt favourites! 🧡🐾

My dog has had Pooch & Mutt treats since he was a puppy. For a few months Rolo was experiencing an upset tummy on and off and I couldn’t pinpoint what the cause was. Over the past month I have transitioned Rolo to the health and digestion kibble range and he hasn’t had an upset stomach since. Bonus is that he eats it all in one go he can be fussy and would often leave meals before moving onto Pooch & Mutt!

Easy site to navigate, clear packaging to help you decide what you are after and what the benefits are, speedy delivery and updates as to when you will receive them, and most importantly tasty treats as Lincoln can be a fussy boy but has not turned his nose up at any of the treats so far, he is loving the new pumpkin patch ones and the fish treats too, we will be back for the calming ones soon too

We love the different seasonal treats to keep our pup excited

We’ve bought a variety of treats and food for our brand new puppy from pooch and mutt, we’re sure he’s going to love them - the ingredients are great and I’m sure he’s gonna be a fan for life!

We’ve been using P&M for since forever, and will never look back! Absolutely lovely people and the products are amazing and make my pooch so happy!

We love pooch and mutts primal range. The high quality and quantity meat content its hard to find in any other dry foods. One of the only dry foods my VERY picky pooch enjoys! Looking forward to trying more flavours!

We have been using Pooch and Mutt for a little while and our dog is obsessed with the raw range especially the freeze dried lamb. I love how they offer different kinds of products

Always a great experience with Pooch & Mutt, we’ve used their products since Ralph was a pup and he loves everything!

Another big order!

Whilst recently o. Holiday I placed an order or two… everything arrived as expected with quick delivery. Whilst some boxes were slightly damaged (assuming how they were stacked inside the delivery van) no products were damaged. The driver kindly left our 5 parcels with a kind neighbour and we loved unboxing our Christmas order. Thanks team

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from Ellie at Pooch & Mutt!

I recently ordered gut health tests for both my pugs, Ellie and Oreo, and unfortunately made a mistake when registering the tests. Ellie went out of her way not once, but twice, to help me resolve the issue. She kindly arranged for the test to be reset and gave me the opportunity to submit the correct questionnaires for both dogs.

Throughout the process, her service has been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. She genuinely went above and beyond what I would have expected, and it made what could have been a frustrating experience so easy and pleasant.

As a lovely little bonus, her name is Ellie too! 🐾💛

Pooch & Mutt are incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company based on the experience I’ve had.

Thank you, Ellie, for your kindness and for going the extra mile for me and my girls! 🐶🐶❤️

We’ve been using pooch and mutt now for over a year, from our puppy right up to our pensioner at 14! We have 6 dogs with a variety of needs, the dogs love their food, always stood at the kitchen door waiting. With quick delivery, we never run out

We love Pooch & Mutt! Lots of variety of treats and food for different dogs, with healthy ingredients.

We’ve recently changed our dogs food to Pooch & Mutts Salmon fresh dry kibble. And what a difference it has made! Less itching , better stools and he seems to love it!
