Pooch & Mutt Avis 

My boys thrive on this food. My lab has issues with stinky ears and hair loss which is triggered by allergies and poor diet.The Fish and potato wet dog food has resolved those issues for him. The vet was really happy that we had finally found a food that works well for him and keep him healthy. My cockapoo loves the chicken and beef and is also thriving on that. Great service, speedy delivery.

I have a rescue dog from Romania, he had separation anxiety and general anxiety. The calm and Relax wet food is the oy wet food he will eat without being sick. I use the calm and relax dry food and treats. The new freeze dried treats are fabulous and they have to be buried under the cover on the sofa

We love Pooch and Mutt products and have done for almost 3 years now! We love that there are so many products that tailor to all dog’s different dietary requirements. We use the health and digestion range as our dog was sensitive to certain foods before but now he’s doing great on this food and he loves the taste of it!

Our puppy Maverick is now 7 months old and we’ve been using pooch and mutt treats since we brought him home. Maverick has a poultry allergy and we also like to ensure we are giving high quality treats so being able to see the ingredients so clearly on the website or on the packet in store is really important to us

I am at a loss, as I really wanted to believe in this company and use their products indefinitely, but they mess up time after time (after time...). Most recently I received dental sticks which went from 13cm in length (as still advertised) to 9cm, making it more and more difficult for my dog to even grab one of those with his paw or teeth.
A few days ago I got a subscription order missing 10 out of 13 items. My expectations of this company have been regressing to zero. The outer packaging of the parcels is rubbish, falling apart half the time.
They decided to do a brand update early this year and both the service overall and branding got so much worse, it used to be easy to discern different flavours of the food, now you have to look twice to know if you're feeding your dog the same carton again.

My dog likes their food just fine, but dealing with this company has been turning into a waste of time, I'm out.

Really disappointed and angry having spent such a long time reading ingredients, balancing my dogs needs with my budget only to be sent the wrong food!!! I'm ill and haven't got the physical energy to take the food to a place where it can be returned or the mental energy required for the faff of it all. Extremely annoying!!!
