Great service from start to finish
We used Airport cars to take my daughter and her bridesmaids to the wedding venue on Saturday. Communication from the start to finish was exceptional, the car was immaculate and our driver Mat was fantastic. Thank you Airport cars.

31st July 2023 Tom drove us & brought us back from Southampton docks! He was very courteous and always turned up on time for both journeys! The car was very comfortable & clean! Even provided water in the car for us.
I will certainly use Airport Cars for our future trips especially with Tom our driver.

Very comfortable, clean cars, would use again
I recently used this service to travel to Southampton airport, and then back to Poole. The pick up driver was on time (a little early but I saw him parked outside - it was 4.45am so no other cars around) and as I was ready I went out.
I did have a bit of panic coming home as our plane took off and landed 10 mins early, and collecting cases was a breeze - and coming from the Channel islands there is no immigration - so I was ready for the driver at 7.05pm. Unfortunately, as I have no mobile phone I was not able to contact him to say I was ready. Everyone else from my flight had gone and the airport was rather deserted; there is no help desk or customer service desk and the payphone did not work. The driver turned up at 7.35pm saying he was told to wait to give time for immigration etc. He apologised that I had to wait.
Both cars were very clean and comfortable and I would use this service again

The driver Tom was perfect, the car spacious, clean and comfortable. He was very nice and kind, even helped with the assistance at LHR. We have been using Airport Cars for years and never had any issues.

Safe & Comfortable
The journey from my flat in Poole to LHR T5 was perfect in every way, the driver Tom, drove with great care and consideration at all times. He was courteous, communicative and his vehicle clean and extremely comfortable. I would be very happy to have Tom and his vehicle for any future journey.

Safe, stress free journeys
Airport Cars are really professional, booking is really easy, they keep in touch and remind you what time you’ll be picked up, then on the day they tell you who is driving you and their mobile number, they’ve always been on time. Good considerate drivers. Can’t fault our journeys with them. Totally recommend them.

Top quality service!
Cannot fault anything. Turned up on time both to pick me up at home and when waiting for me at the airport. Clean and comfortable cars and very pleasant drivers. Will be rebooking for my next trip!
