Everything was fine except the delivery took forever.

Product arrived on time and in good shape.

Perfect experience. Great price and availability on everything I needed for a pool renovation project and prompt shipping. Everything was packaged perfectly and the support team was very responsive when I reached out to check on an in progress order.

This company is a sham! They confirmed an order, then failed to be able to deliver. Every time I tried to get an answer on when my order might ship, I received non-answers. My first call was answered by a gentleman with an Indian accent that had a rooster crowing in the background. Three business days later I called and spoke with a woman who was also not in the US. She could not answer when my order would ship, she said she would call the warehouse and call me back. Ultimately she emailed instead of called, claimed she lost power, and never got an answer from the warehouse. My third attempt was a chat via Facebook. Same non-answer. I gave them the chance to get an answer. The answer was: “hopefully it will ship next week”.

This company may have better prices, but I would pay a little more to have a customer service team who can answer questions. This business represents a business model that should not be supported. Do yourself a favor, don’t order from them!

You will never find anyone that will pay as much to detail as they do. They are professional, efficient and cost effective for the work they complete. You will not be disappointed.

It’s been over two weeks and I still have not received a tracking number. I called and they said they will look it up and call me back. I still have not received a call back on this third day of waiting for a call back.

Pool pump arrived ahead of schedule. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
