Every aspect of this was very successful, however, without having product ID numbers on the product it was very difficult to identify what add-ons were appropriate for the pump I purchased.

I received my package earlier than expected and the air stones work great for my 45 gallon pool pond! It was easy to assemble as well and was able to get started within 5 minutes! Would buy from here again.

Hi- I ordered a solar waterfall pump kit, it came very quickly and I ended having to return it because the place where my pond it doesn’t get enough sunlight. They say they will give me a full refund, and I plan on getting a different one that plugs in to an extension chord. I can’t wait for the new one to arrive!

The Post office would not deliver to the address or PO box. Poposoap was extremely helpful in redirectiing the package. The pump works great!

I had a part missing part and contacted poposoapsolar and the customer services were really quick and helpful and sent me a part free of charge.

The sheer adaptable attachments enable me to get a 20yr old fountain back to its glory.

I received the exact pump and waterfall unit that I ordered. It arrived in the time frame that they promised and was packaged well and all parts were included.
However, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for the waterfall. It was too large for our small pond. I immediately contacted Poposoap and told them of my mistake. They have offered a full refund. Working with their customer service was one of the easiest experiences I've had with any company. I would highly recommend them.

I received the product and found a part was missing, but their customer service team responded quickly and assisted me with a solution for the pump.

When I received the box, I could immediately tell the product had been previously used. There were scuff marks and dirt on the product, the filter rocks had already been installed and had dirt and other residue on them. I have not yet tried to install the product but am very disappointed that this company pulled this on me.
