Poposoap Avis

The Poposoap 12W solar pump w/battery is working great as a flagstone bubbler for birds in my stock tank pond. The first one I ordered arrived inoperable. After contacting the company, they explained that the wiring in the solar panel sometimes gets damaged in shipping. They sent a new complete pump and panel system. We charged it for a day, plugged it in, and it functions exactly as expected. It has been running for a few weeks and never quits, even at night. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to install, I assembled it quickly

The product as described. I need more sun. I live in Michigan, also was wondering if it would effect the fountain if I added more cable to increase exposures to the sun?

Good customer service
Was not shipped what I thought I had ordered and contacted them. They quickly rectified the problem to my complete satisfaction.

I recently purchased a 70W solar waterfall and am extremely pleased. The water flow was a lot stronger than I expected, even when it was cloudy. I added some rocks to break up the sheet of water that comes down the 12-inch spillway, and that adds a much stronger and pleasant waterfall sound.

Slight delay in receiving but I am happy with the fountain.

Very happy with both the solar filter fountain and aerator! They work perfectly in my small wildlife pond, providing great water circulation, filtration, and aeration without needing electricity. I especially love the aerator’s battery backup for nighttime use. The fountain looks beautiful, and our pond is already attracting frogs and other wildlife. Easy to set up and perfect for a small solar-powered pond!

Easy to set up. Works beautifully!

Love it! Works great with rock fountain I purchased off of Etsy. Solar power is amazing, and continues to work even when partly cloudy! Highly recommend!!

I purchased this filter/waterfall for my duck pond. The system was really easy to put together and set up. The solar panels are very sturdy and as of this morning the pond water is clearing up.
Great product.

My replacement pump arrived in a timely manner and is performing well.

Bought a pump and waterfall kit. Unfortunately the pump has stopped working after about 8 months. Would have expected it to last longer than that.

This company really is the best. Customer service is amazing. If you ever have an issue, they answer immediately and they’re more than happy to help. Even if that includes troubleshooting. Their products are great too.

I like the solar design concept, but unfortunately it doesn’t work very well in practice. It requires very bright sunlight to function, and even then, the spout doesn’t operate fully. Overall, I’m disappointed with the purchase and have some buyer’s remorse.

Terrible service, company sucks. E cuses, excuses!

I love everything that we've ever gotten from this company!! The quality is great, delivery is super fast and these items are very easy to put together and install! And perhaps most importantly they work great!

Easy to set up and it works great! I love how it looks too.

Very good customer service. I had a problem with my fountain and they sent out a replacement and took care of it quickly.

Very easy to setup, many spout options and uses solar. Had to buy extension for the solar and any shade slows water, but it's still great. Highly recommend. So many possibilities with this pump.

Highly recommend this company product is great as well is their customer service. Had a crack in my solar panel and they replaced as soon as they could. Would continue to use.
