Poposoap Avis

I just received my 3rd pond product from poposoap. Solar underwater lights. Charged it and they are working fine. Th customer service was great when I contacted them with a question

I had a great experience with Poposoa rep. Very understanding and persistent on resolving my issue - Thanks Poposoap

This is the best thing I've done and I am enjoying my waterfall. I ordered this waterfall by mistake and I was going to return it for a solar one. I decided to keep it and make one for near my patio. It was easy to set up and I even moved it to a different location easily. It was perfect for a novice and someone is not very "handy." It's beautiful! Delivery was quick and I am a satisfied customer. I did order the solar waterfall but still digging in my garden. I highly recommend this product.

Order shipped timely, product worked exceptionally well

The pump was exactly as it shows in the pictures which made it very easy to order. The setup was easy. I was able to bury the pump under my rocks in the bowl, connect the tube, and plug the solar panel in and it worked immediately. Has ran great for about a week.

I ordered pond lights but after several weeks the lights didn't arrive. I got emails from the shipper claiming the lights were in transit. Poposoap sent an email asking what I thought of the lights. I responded that they never arrived. Poposoap immediately shipped replacement lights. The lights arrived in 2 days and work and look great.

I needed a replacement pump, and Poposoap completed the order quickly and they were very informative and supportive. They made my pond fun!

The solar water feature pump works better than expected, the solar panel is of a higher quality than expected. It is nice when you purchase something and have no buyer’s remorse or frustration.

They seam to make exceptional products, as well as good customer service which is rare nowadays. I had been looking for some time to get a decent lift solar with battery backup bird bath fountain and Poposoap delivers well. My cement bird bath is rather large and has a cement elephant in the middle that is about 2 ft high and at least the 1st 12w pump did the job well. Unfortunately that pump was not battery backup which I didn't notice till I tried it out. I ordered the proper one in exchange but unfortunately that one had a bad solar unit so I'm awaiting the replacement otherwise I'd share a picture of my bird bath.

The website is user friendly. Confirmation email, shipping email and prompt delivery.

Great product very versatile and easy-to-use with easly to clean filter basket. Highly recommended.

Love their solar pump products. I started of with a small set-up and after success slowly upgraded to a larger waterfall. Customer service is always there and willing to help.

Product is as stated and quick and efficient shipping.

i love the water fountain pump solar system it help my garden look more nice under sun

Fast shipping. with a coupon it ended up being cheaper here than on Amazon. Easy to set up, works great to power a fountain and waterfall together, and the motor is really quiet.

I’m really happy with this solar fountain pump! It was easy to set up, and I love that the solar panel can be positioned separately from the bird bath so I can place it where it gets the best sunlight. The water flow is strong for such a small pump, and having different nozzle options makes it easy to adjust the spray to fit my bird bath.
The battery backup is one of my favorite features because the fountain keeps running when the sun goes behind the clouds. It adds a relaxing sound and movement to the water, and it has been a great addition to my yard. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and performance and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use solar fountain for their bird bath or small water feature!

Easy to install and works great. Couldn’t be happier.

Good product, slow delivery.

I have purchased a couple of items through this site. When I had an issue with one item, customer service was very responsive and accommodating.
