I never received the merchandise even months after my card had been charged.
Further, my emails were ‘bounced’ by to me and their mail server was taken off-line.
As best I can tell, the operation was fraudulent !

I did not receive my order! Despite reaching out multiple times via e-mail and telephone, I never received any communication from this seller. Total scam.

DO NOT BUY. I called Ocoee Police Department and confirmed the owner of this company, Darrien Anthony Eouse, is back using heroin. He has an arrest history in Orange County for sales and possession of heroin, and the police department confirmed he is back using narcotics. The business address is VACANT. There is NO MORE signs being built.

Scam. Never received my order nor a refund after canceling my order 3 months later.
Buyer beware!

Never received the sign I paid for. Got some c*ck & bull story instead. They created a UPS label as a confidence builder after order, but never shipped anything. Order if a 1 in 10 chance of getting what you paid for is acceptable.

Placed order in October2025, it is now June 2026. Have not shipped order. Contacted in Jan, where the berated me for how long it takes to make a sign. Website says 8 weeks. It's now 36 weeks. No response from emails, Facebook or emails. Say they are behind , but hold live auctions, for signs on hand. 100% crooks

Since my last review I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and as of this morning I reach out to the Ocoee Police Department. A Detective Brian Harris replied and informed me that a case has already been opened with the Ocoee Police Department under case number OCPD26OFF001983.....just in case anyone wants to add their information to it.

I have still not received the signs I orders in December, almost 7 months ago. The company has NOT responded to my inquiries for several months. Do not do business with this company.

No returned phone calls or emails
Got fake notices that shipment was being prepared
Months of nothing

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered my sign. They charged my credit card for full amount. 8 months later I still received no product. They ignored all my calls and emails. Had to have CC company back charge them. Stay away from this company.

It's been a year since my neon sign order, and I never received the product or a refund. Only empty promises and outright lies (such as a tracking number that never showed the item as actually being in transit). I am totally convinced this is not a real company. Just a bunch of scammers using email bots for a so-called customer service department. Stay away from them!

Initially there was some confusion with my order but their excellent customer service more than exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue.

Do not buy from this company they will take your money and never fill your oder l.then you wont be able to get ahold of them and they wont answer your messages for months.then blame it on every excuse in the book beware they r a scam company.

After nearly a year, many, many emails and actually speaking with a new customer service employee, I have no sign! On March 22nd, she said it was ready and would ship on March 27th!! Total scammers! If you call them the VM says someone is sick and they'll get back to you! The mailbox has been full for 3 weeks!

Ordered Nov 2025. Never received item. Was contacted a few times however the company then stopped responding to emails. I received an email that my item was delivered but that never happened. I wrote multiple times however no answers. I have contacted my CC company. BEWARE not legit and if they are they are poorly run

Thieves that constantly lie and take your money without delivering any product. Unethical liars.

After numerous emails back and forth with responses from so much business and not enough manufacturing ability to sending a fake 'your order shipped' was provided. One email even stated I needed to check with the shipping company. My response, you never provided me with a tracking number or even a shipping company name. After almost 8 months of being kind and patient. I resolved the issue via my credit card company. Never again nor will I recommend either.

Regrettably, I put in 2 separate orders, one in April 2025 and another in May of 2025, both for 24" neon signs, with high hopes that the orders would be honored, as I had other signs that I was very interested in. Neither of these signs ever showed as being built, though a surprise email did announce the shipment of the 2nd sign in mid October 2025, but that evaporated and was never seen! Never a word about the 1st sign. I waited until January of this year, 2026 to email a complaint to PA and DID get a response, albeit a MONTH later, from a supposed new employee handling communications. She stated she would look into the matter. A few emails back and forth, and I was basically back to square one, supposedly waiting for tracking numbers to be sent to me when the items shipped. Here, now well over a YEAR after the orders went in, STILL NOTHING! Over $1000 spent and nothing to show for it. I waited plenty long before officially complaining, HOPING to not burn a bridge here, but ... it's apparently time to light the match!

Addendum: Anyone notice Porcelain Advertising is now under a new name, Retro Industries, Inc. ??

I ordered two 24 inch porcelain neon signs in November 2025. I have received 0 signs one false reply to about 30 emails and texts. The voicemail box has always been full. Now he has closed his Facebook account and his website. Do not order from this man. You won’t get your neon sign or an opportunity to talk to anyone.
