industrial tags not great
I chose the industrial grade tags but the ink rubs off them easily
I've used your heavy duty ones with the self laminating flap and they were fine, I just assumed the industrial grade ones would have something like this or a diferent way for the ink to lock in since they say they are for heavy industrial mining use, are more expensive and are the next tier of strength on the list
After a couple of days of cables coming in and out of their tubs most of them are pretty unreadable/not great looking
They feel great in terms of material and stickyness, just the whole point is to convey information and the information just rubs off
Will use these until we run out then change suppliers, I'm too salty about having to order 600 of these and they were a fail

Hi Sean - we're really sorry about this. I can completely understand why you’d be frustrated, especially after ordering 600 of them and expecting the Industrial Grade tags to hold up better.
From what you’ve described, it sounds like our self-laminating Heavy Duty tags would have been the better option for the amount of rubbing and handling the cables are getting.
Either way, we don’t want to leave you stuck with tags that aren’t doing the job. We’ll have someone from our team get in touch with you directly and work out how we can fix this up and get you onto the right tags.

I sent one of my staff to test and tagg…
I sent one of my staff to test and tagg course.
He collected a testing machine from calibration service. Calibration service was excellent
He came away form the coarse not knowing what cord is used to plug the tester in.
After doing the coarse my last 3 staff members dont know how to change a plug end. I think this should be included in the test and tagg coarse

Changing a plug end is not part of a test and tag course, but we're not entirely sure which part you're referring to. We’ve passed this on to our training team and they will follow up with you directly to better understand what happened and arrange any additional support required.
