The tester you ordered was a special-order item, and there was an unexpected issue sourcing it through our usual supplier. However, once the delay became clear, we should have contacted you straight away, explained what was happening and responded to your email. Keeping customers updated in situations like this is standard practice for us, but in this case it slipped through the cracks. That's on us and we're sincerely sorry.

Delivery Error
I called to make sure the PAT tester I was after was in stock in Perth and how to order it, and to pick up in the perth store. After ordering online and receiving notification to collect it, when I got to the perth store they said they had sent it to my residential address. Problem being… I was never going to be home to receive it and had to collect it from the PO two days later than I needed it as it was being driven around the metro area in the back of a StarTrack truck until the driver dropped it at the PO. To be fair, I have had good service from ATS in the past but just had a little hiccup this time. 👍
