The virtual assistants are Top-Notch

The virtual assistants are great. They are professional, easy to understand, and interact well with callers. It is saving me some time, and getting me more bookings, which was the intended purpose. They don't always follow my instructions. That could be better. But otherwise, I really like this service.

Highest Regards for Posh Communication Services

True industry professionals. Very easy to work with and do a phenomenal job answering the phones for us. This service has significantly improved our workflow, so we don't have to stop doing what we are doing every time the phone rings. Overall we loved having this service

Overall we loved having this service. Customer Service was great, but there were some missed calls and lengthy customer waits while the receptionist figured out what to do/say next. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Very impressed

I am very impressed with the team at posh. They are highly professional and skilled in what they do. The service they provide is top-notch, with a high-end feel. However, there is one important aspect that I would like to see improved: call recording. It would be beneficial to have the option to listen back on calls for reference and quality assurance purposes. Other than that, I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

Horrific Company-avoid at all costs

Horrific Company-avoid at all costs. Plenty of other options available. Massive overbilling. Horrific management. They LOVE to fight with you. Even after finally crediting our Account, they went back and re-billed us AFTER the account was closed. They make the Billing as confusing as possible.

As a virtual receptionist service, our primary goal is to assist our clients in managing their calls efficiently and professionally. In your case, we encountered several challenges, including the repeated influx of irate callers citing a lack of responsiveness regarding their purchases, which led to an increase in your allotted minutes. Additionally, recurring payment issues arose, eventually resulting in the suspension of your service.

Despite these challenges, our customer service team worked diligently to address your concerns, offering both a credit and a payment extension to help alleviate the situation. We also engaged with you directly, through our VP of Operations, to find a mutually agreeable solution.

During this conversation, we identified an issue with a prior credit not being applied correctly, resulting in a discrepancy in the displayed balance owed compared with the invoice total. We promptly rectified this error and refunded any overcharged amounts, including the credit card surcharge. A final invoice denoting no additional balance owed was provided. Our intention was to ensure fairness and transparency in our billing practices.

It's important to note that our receptionists work diligently to handle various calls, including those from frustrated callers due to lack of responsiveness, and deserve proper compensation for their efforts.

While it's regrettable that we couldn't continue our partnership under more favorable circumstances, we hope this clarifies our perspective and the steps we took to address your concerns. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out as we are committed to ensuring no issue remains unresolved.
