The family were really happy with the service that Simon provided - a mixture of house clearance and buying antique items. He and his colleague Darryl were very helpful and sensitive to the responsibility of disposing of a loved one's belongings. They understood the balance of the need to let go of things, recouping overheads for the estate and being respectful to the family. There was no pressure to sell and the reason for the valuation was clearly explained. We didn't know about the value of the items we had but trusted Simon to be honest and practical. I really needed a personal and bespoke service and that is what I received. I wanted a caring company, not a 'dump the lot' merchant - and they cleared my mum's house in a compassionate way, taking into account my feelings. They went that extra mile, and really know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Simon was friendly and helpful, and provided a very professional and efficient service. We received a fair price for the items purchased, the house was cleared quickly and thoroughly, and left in a lovely tidy condition ready for sale. Living at a distance from the house made it difficult for me to travel over, so Simon and his team cleared the house without me needing to be present - I was kept updated every step of the way, with Simon regularly checking to make sure we were happy with things.
