Great service, I was looking for a 6x6 which was quite difficult to find. I was so pleased to discover that it was a family business too! I love supporting SMEs.

I got some great panoramics from my recent trip to Southern Africa printed. They are high quality, easy to order, and delivered quickly. I will definitely use PostSnap again.

The words 'disappointed' and 'let-down' doesn't cover it. Ordered a gift, but experienced an issue finalising it. This was raised with customer service and initially the follow up was quick - so well done for that (one star given) however what followed has been exceedingly poor and less than customer friendly. Left without gift for dementia patient and now exploring alternative provider. I would not (and will not) recommend this service to anyone.

Ordered some collage 12x 12 prints very quick delivery and great quality .

I requested two small photos to be printed to fit into some miniature frames I had. The prints came back really quickly, are great quality and reasonably priced. Would def use this company again

Thieves.they steal your image and your money.Deceitful..they make a phonecall to you under the pretence word, "Bespoke".. used in Stephens chat to you, He lies, saying he sent a proof image to a different email address from the only right used original email they have, which I asked them to remove me from their mailing list very rapidly.Postsnap steals your upload to add to his other businesses to sell it on.An absolute NIGHTMARE..WILL NEVER GIVE A 1 OUT OF 100 FOR THIS COMPANIES MISTAKES OR MENTOR STEPHEN THE BOSS EVER AGAIN.HE HAS NO CLUE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND IS A BULLSHITTER FROM START TO WORSE OUTCOME.

First time I’ve used PostSnap & will definitely use them again.
2 A4 were printed to a very high standard, much better than I could do myself.
They even contacted me prior to printing with suggestions to make my photo gloss rather than matt.
Reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Snap Post before and had a great experience, but my recent order has been a massive disappointment. I ordered a postcard about a month ago, and it's well past the 15-working-day delivery estimate. My order status simply says 'Unknown,' and despite emailing the team to resolve this, I have received zero response. I’m disappointed by the lack of support and the silence regarding my missing order.

Update a few hours later:
Not only did PostSnap fail to respond to my emails, but they also deleted all my order history and my login credentials from their website.
